Beautiful 3rd floor air conditioned condo recently remodeled. Newer wood flooring and carpeting throughout. Freshly painted with new furniture, remodeled kitchen, bedding and small appliances. Large flat screen TV with cable in living room, wifi Internet, TV's in all bedrooms, 2 parking spots including enclosed garage, furnished front and back decks. Four beach tags are included. Great location, only 4 blocks to the beach and 1 block from Asbury Avenue shops. Public restrooms are conveniently located at the boardwalk and 12th Street. Many eateries and convenience stores that will meet all your needs are within walking distance. Sleeps 7

Annual Beach Vacation

We had a lovely time and the house was the perfect location. We loved the openness of the family room and the large sectional couch! Every night we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the weather and the view!

This is a wonderful house and very clean and modern, but feels like home!

We just had the best of experiences with the owners! It felt like a beach house and a home all wrapped into one. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will return!

Beach wedding weekend!

Nancy was so personable, helpful, & accommodating! It was a lovely condo with all the promised amenities! Parking was appreciated!! It is on the 3rd floor but we love doing steps so it didn’t bother us! We enjoyed the porch, close to delis, pharmacy, nice gazebo straight back 12th & bay for sunsets and an easy walk to the beach!! Thanks for the gorgeous weather as well!!

Wonderful spot, Spacious place

This was the third floor apartment. There were stairs, but that was not an issue for us. The whole place was very clean and free of knickknacks that you often see at beach rentals. Every inch of the apartment was used beaut, beautifully and productively. There were two full bathrooms, which was wonderful. The water left for us in the fridge by the property manager, Nancy, was much appreciated. This was about 3 1/2 blocks back from the beach, very walkable for a family with bigger kids. I appreciated being back from the boardwalk a little bit. There were tenants below us, but we could not hear them. I stay to be restful and relaxing in the middle of cafés and coffee shops, but not in the midst of anything to the point where we could not get away and relax a bit. Comfortable beds and very comfortable bedding. All appliances worked well. It was a great find. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome 16th Birthday Weekend!

Thank you so much Nancy - we loved our weekend. The condo was SO much nicer in person even than the pics. The living area SO clean and beautiful. Nancy was so helpful & responsive!! Loved the location, especially since I love the Sunrise Cafe for breakfast ;) Great kitchen! Walked to everything (boardwalk, beach, town). We had two adults (My mom had the queen room and I was lucky enough to have the king room with bathroom) - 3 teens stayed in the bunk room, to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday, her and 2 friends, they LOVED it. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Everything you need for a great trip.

The unit was clean and spacious. Within easy walking distance of the beach, boardwalk and downtown shops. Communications with the owner were excellent.

Perfect Girls Weekend House

Girls' weekend getaway with a family of 7 women and two one-year-olds! Perfectly close to the beach/boardwalk (and wawa coffee) and roomy enough for game nights on the porch and comfy couches and beds! We loved our weekend! Thank you so much!!

Lovely OCNJ Spot

We had a lovely time at Nancy's 3BR condo, right in the heart of Ocean City. It's lovely and updated with all the features you'd expect of a premium rental. Fast wifi, great TV and living room, and balconies on both ends. The process was a breeze and the rate was great.

Wonderful home

Not only was the home well maintained and beautiful but it was also functional and comfortable. We loved the convenient location and our ability to walk to most places. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great place for beach getaway

The location is only a few blocks to the beach and within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants as well as a grocery store. All of this was convenient. Check in at the property was easy and the home was lovely.

Just what we needed!!!!

We had an awesome time!! The house is absolutely beautiful, pictures listed do not do it justice!! We rang In The New Year and experienced “ First Night” for the first time in Ocean City and will definitely do it again!! The property is very spacious, clean and is decorated tastefully!! Nancy was a charm to deal with, answered all questions in a timely manner and helped make our New Years celebration memorable!!! Thank you Nancy😊 We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful family friendly

Had a wonderful week in ocean city in this beautiful condo. We’ve stayed in OC for several years at several condos in this area (we find it ideal for boardwalk and beach adventures) and this is our favorite so far. The owner was lovely and the condo was great! Highly recommended

Spacious and clean

Came for short getaway in September.Property is wonderful. CLEAN and nicely decorated. Good location walked everywhere. Nancy the owner easy to work with and later check out was very much appreciated. Highly recommend,you will not be disappointed.

Perfect beach rental. Has it all!

This was the perfect beach house for our summer vacation. I loved the "no car required". We walked or rode bikes anywhere and everywhere. Food was never a problem, eateries around the corners supplied delicious meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The place itself was clean and comfortable for all eight of us. We enjoyed eating and playing games on the front deck. The kitchen was will stocked to prepare all meals (we planned a few home-cooked meals). I was especially glad to see a coffee pot! Of course the beach and boardwalk only a five minute walk away. Our beach days were perfect whether sitting on the sand, in the water or swimming in the ocean. I can't even tell you how many trips to the boardwalk. I think a minimum of two a day. So much fun! We are looking forward to next year !

The property was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies, and anything else we needed. The owners were super easy to work with. This house is great for families with kids.
