Shores of Panama - Unit 1215

This stunning beach front unit is conveniently located on the 12th floor of the beautiful Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Enjoy this beachy retreat with new stainless steel appliances and quality furnishings throughout! This unit accommodates up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. You will also find large smart TV's in each room for your indoor entertainment. The gorgeous oceanfront views from the floor to ceiling patio doors/windows in the large living room / kitchen combination will make you wish you could stay longer! Guests often do call to add extra nights on to their vacations! You will find these same beautiful view from the Master Bedroom Suite. The inviting, extra large balcony overlooks the gulf, the sandy beach and the awesome, tropical pool area below. It's the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of the waves coming on to the beach. The resort at the Shores of Panama is truly amazing with the largest outdoor pool and pool area on the beach. It boasts a 14,000+ square foot Lagoon Style Pool, an over-sized outdoor hot tub, waterfalls, fountains, a tiki bar and grill, and exotic tropical landscaping. From this amazing outdoor pool area, the beach is just steps away. Once you get to the beach, you will receive free beach chair service for two.
You may also sneak inside to the large heated indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, an ice cream & coffee shop and a delicious and convenient pizza kiosk! There are fabulous restaurants, shopping, water-sports and so much more surrounding the resort. What more could anyone ask for. Along with all of the above, I stay extremely available to guests before, during and after their visit to answer any question or to assist in any way I can! We want you to have an awesome vacation stay with hopes you return for more fun in the future!!!

NOTE: There is a resort fee of $85 due at arrival. This fee covers your reserved parking space and up to 6 resort wristbands.

Beautiful View

Easy check in process, great communication from the property manager and lovely unit. We enjoyed our stay and this was the perfect spot for a relaxing few days. The unit had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was great.

Amazing property and a better host

This Condo was such a joy for my group and I. We enjoyed the view, private beach, and proximity to other places. Our host, Nicholle, was a joy to work with, and kept great communication and support the whole stay. Would stay again!

Anniversary trip

We stayed a week for our 25th anniversary! Everything was wonderful. The condo was clean. Loved the view from the balcony. We also enjoyed walking next door to Pineapple Willie’s for drinks and live music, Would definitely stay here again.

The room met expectations. The location overall was great between the pool and beachfront. The elevator situation was rough with 5-10 min wait times and the parking garage could be crazy tight but typically we didn't have an issue going in and out.

If you are looking for a true 2 bedroom keep looking. This was basically one full size bedroom and the 2nd room is literally bunk beds in a closet with a window that faces the parking lot. Actually my closet is bigger. And the bunkbeds did not seem safe, I would not let my daughter sleep on the top for fear that she would fall off… so she ended up sleeping with my husband and I which was not ideal at all. Also there is no door in the bedroom bathroom, which was awkward. We did really like having the on-site restaurant by the pool, it was convenient when we didn’t feel like leaving the property because getting in and out of the parking garage was an ordeal. Also if you’re considering getting your hair braided at the stand by the pool it is crazy expensive! 87 for my daughter to get ONE braid with beads in her hair. My husband took her and had NO idea.

Great family trip

This was our kids first time visiting FL and the ocean. The condo was as nice with everything you would need for a trip. The fridge was new and always had ice. We loved the parking spot close to the actual unit. A huge win when traveling with a lot of stuff! The view was great and as pictured in the listing. The complex was busy due to the time of year however it didn’t really impact our stay. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were so convenient with kids! The host even checked in to make sure we didn’t have any issues getting the chairs. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay in this unit again!

This place was perfect for our group. Very quaint and nicely decorated and right in the center of the hotel for a full beach view. Great location on the beach, right next to Pineapple Willeys, walking distance to Waffle House and across the street from Surf Style. The host, Nicholle, was great and promptly responded to all my questions. We arrived a little early and were able to reach out and check in earlier than expexted. I will definitely recommend this host and look in to staying here again in the future.I gave the cleanliness a 3 star because there was sand on the master bedroom comforter I had to shake off and a fake nail under the covers in the bed of the guest room. My only other con would be the fan in the master makes a loud clicking noise so I opted to not use it. Great place! Thank you for the stay.

Nice affordable place at PCB

The positives of this apartment include a clean condo, modern appliances, a nice view of the resort and ocean, beach chairs and umbrella included. Communication with property owner is wonderful. Negatives includes parking deck- you have to drive 12 flight up to get to parking space (but parking space is conveniently close to property entrance). It can be tedious to drive up or down the parking deck. The area of PCB is very congested driving area. The pool is not heated so if you come in an off season expect the water to be cool. There is a really nice sized hot tub but it was also very popular (at times crowded) because it was a bit chilly in the pool. Also, the main room bed and bunk beds are a bit squeaky and the frames are maybe a bit outdated though overall comfortable. The bunk bed room is a tight fit but it worked out for our family of 5 nonetheless. I would overall stay here again. The affordability and well kept accommodations make this place a great choice!

Would not stay here again for the price we paid. Extremely overpriced for what you get. I will definitely rent a house next time. This place is old and run down. The elevators are a disaster and so is the parking. The surrounding areas are filled with trash and smells terrible. The condo itself was bare minimum, nothing great, cheaply maintained. The towel racks fall off the bathroom walls. The washer is molded. The curtain rods fell every time you tried to open the curtains. For the price you pay, you definitely expect more. It’s equivalent to a motel stay at Hilton price.

Right on the beach!

Overall the condo was great. The location is perfect and right next to Pineapple Willy's (walking distance). I had a mishap when we arrived and the host answered the phone right away and handled it while on the phone with me so communication was perfect. The pool is beautiful and the indoor pool helped when the water outside was too cold. The beds were pretty comfortable and having a washer and dryer was amazing. I feel like there could have been extra trash bags but just make sure to buy some if you will be there a while. The only real issue's were the bunk bedrooms TV did not work which I emailed the host about. I do believe this condo was not cleaned properly. It is not the hosts fault, however, we paid a hefty cleaning fee to have sand on the floor when we got there. I think a new cleaning company is ideal. Other than that this condo was perfect! We had a great time!

Condo was clean and beautiful. Pool was clean and beautiful. Location was perfect being close to all activities. However, Very disappointed that we couldn’t safely go on the beach at night because of the “hood-rats” gathering on the beach, fighting and causing issues…even for the police! Had 2 shootings while staying in this location and numerous problems from these young adults. Beach started to be closed down at 10pm (to everyone including those of us who paid hard earned money to rent here and had bands to show we were a part of this facility), condo quiet time starts at 10pm although the pool closed at 11:00pm…therefore, everyone is just sitting on their balcony like they are in trouble and being sent to bed! Very disappointed!!!

Some things ok, lots of things not ok

The unit is a little run down and outdated. Full disclosure…there is no door on the master bathroom, and the bed looks straight at you on the toilet. Parking and garage and elevators are horrible. The pool closes a lot for sanitizing. While I’m glad they do that can’t they do it at night. The poor kids waited till almost noon one day. The guy who runs the umbrella rental is a total A&! Not a nice person at all! The entire complex is older. Location in proximity to restaurants n shops is great.

Great balcony and view

The unit was a nice little unit that fit my family's needs. The view off our balcony was amazing! The balcony was huge. The pool was wonderful. The only thing that we thought was a little weird that the master bathroom does not have a door.
