Loved the view, location, pools, and how friendly the people working the gate were. I felt very safe the whole stay. The host was super responsive and very friendly when I had to reach out and the place had everything we needed. I had a bit of trouble getting consistent hot water for my showers, but it may have just been something I was doing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay all around. The condo was perfect. The motorized shades added a very high end touch. Close to all the action. We rented a car and toured the entire island, visited many restaurants, however our favorite was steps from the condo, Screeming Eagle restaurant. Highly recommend.

Excellent property for a family vacation . Clean rooms kitchen and best view of beach. 2 mins walk from one of the best beach of Aruba . We loved our stay here. We will definitely book this property again next time.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location and has an awesome ocean view. The property manager communicated timely. We had some minor issues that were fixed within 24 hours.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location steps from beautiful Eagle beach! Condo and grounds are exactly as pictured. Very spacious and clean. Hosts are extremely prompt and helpful with any questions or requests.

We had a wonderful stay here in Aruba. The location was great, with a short and easy walk to Eagle Beach. The grounds were very nice and well kept, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated having an elevator and our own dedicated parking spot.Aruba itself is a magical island with very friendly people. There are so many fun things to do and plenty of great restaurants to enjoy. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely recommend it!

Excellent Vacation

This was our 2nd trip to Oceania Residences…. We love the place!!!! Not in the over-crowded high-rise district, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and attractions. This very nice condo is in the perfect location. Highly recommend!

Great Property

The property was wonderful, close proximity to the beach. The condo was well stocked and had great views. Our family had a nice, quiet and relaxing time.

Beautiful Quiet Location

Beautiful location, would def stay again. Had trouble with the door locks twice and had to call for reset. We were able to get through promptly. Otherwise, it was great accomodations, quiet and exactly what we hoped for.

Awesome in Aruba!

We could not have asked for anything better! The condo has a great view and every amenity needed! We loved being in the peaceful Eagle Beach setting with just a short drive to the hustle and bustle! Communication with Casiola was amazing and we can’t wait to book it again soon!

Home away from home

Our stay was seemless. Great communication with hosts. Clean condo. Security gate staff were terrific- efficient for calling taxis for us throughout our stay. Property well maintained and the pools were mostly quiet and the beach is a short walk. Would recommend.

Spacious & clean condo with an amazing view! Our family of 4 vacationed very comfortably at this condo. We enjoyed the well maintained pools and short walk across the street to Eagle Beach. The condo building and grounds were clean and quiet. The agency that managed this condo was very informative and prompt in answering questions I had via email. The only issue we had was we could not use one of the showers because it was clogged/not draining properly. There are 3 showers at this condo. So not a huge deal, but inconvenient. The other issue was the dryer did not work. This was more of an issue...especially since we were only given 1 towel per person and where there for 6 nights/7 days. I did email our contact & it was noted that it would be fixed. Which unfortunately did not happen until the day before we were leaving, with an unannounced service person. Overall, I would recommend Oceania Residences for a stay in Aruba. The property is beautiful. Pools are spacious and the ocean view/access to Eagle Beach was outstanding. Close, but not in the heart of the "high rise" area, which we loved. We enjoyed many dinners in Palm Beach, but happy to be away from the noise and congestion of that area.

Beyond Beautiful!!

Book this condo asap!! I cannot even begin to tell you how gorgeous it is. The pictures are accurate as to the appearance. It’s quiet, the pool and complex are maintained daily, it is centrally located. Four pools. Taxi’s were easy to arrange. Beach was beautiful, only a two minute walk. Communication was amazing with our representative. She was in touch often and replied quickly if needed. Perfect for a family with teens or little ones. Side note- Gianni’s is a must to eat at for dinner in Palm Beach.

Comfortable, spacious, modern condo

I rented this for 3 of us. It had more than enough space for all of us. Provided 4 beach chairs and cooler. The place had 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It says it sleeps 6. The master bedroom is spacious with a King size bed. It has electric blinds and a safe in the closets. Beautiful terrace. The second bedroom had its own bath and two beds. This room was smaller and the beds seemed to be full size. Four people may not be happy there. No pull out couch. Everything about this place was luxury. The staff was helpful getting us a taxi. We looked out on the pool and the ocean was just across the street. I will be back.

El departamento estaba impecable y super cómodo. Muy completo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días hermosos. Pasamos genial toda la familia. Lo único que le falta es una sombrilla para la playa pero eso no desmerece lo impecable que está todo. Muchas gracias!
