Paradise becomes reality! If you haven't been to Panama City in a while you won't recognize it. This is the new Destin. No more teenagers gone wild. This is the place to be. Relax and enjoy the crystal clear water and the beautiful pristine beaches. This unit is as comfortable as it is beautiful. We have recently contracted with the beach service and are providing two lounge chairs on the beach to our guests, free or charge! Two chairs w\umbrella the entire time you stay at our condo.

It is professionally decorated, and boasts all of the top quality amenities that set the Platinum Properties apart from some of the other properties. This unit sleeps six comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds, and leather sectional sofa with a recliner.

The grounds are lovely, and Seychelles is next door to a fantastic Panama City Beach landmark called "Schooner's." You can walk over for lunch or dinner, or to get a nice frozen cocktail while you are on the beach, or by the pool.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

*No renters under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parent. Check in is 2 pm and check out is 9 am. A security deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. The cleaning fee is $200. Three night minimum.

Baseball weekend

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. We didn't have as much time to enjoy the beach as we'd hoped but the property is gorgeous. Condo was clean and welcoming.

22nd Wedding Anniversary Trip

Room was fantastic! Very homey feeling and having a spot on the beach waiting on us was a great perk. Highly recommend the condo #1607 and Seychelles!! Property was clean and elevators super fast, never had to wait more than a minute or two. Plenty of parking and carts. We thoroughly enjoyed being close to St. Andrew's Park as well. Can't wait to come back!!

Amazing Views

We are sad we are having to leave PCB but we wanted you and your family to know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need or want. Great Location - Outstanding View

This condo is located in what we believe to be the best area of PCB, if you're looking for a quiet setting with less of the commercial and tourist traps of the beach. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Although the furniture is dated and has seen better days, it was clean and organized. There were plenty of linens, towels, etc. Having the washer and dryer in-unit was great. Steve, the owner, was very responsive and went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the beach and enjoying the spectacular sunsets.

Great house

Away from the action. (If you have girl or boy crazy teens you wilk enjoy this). Condo has everything you will need. If your cooking a big dinner just beaware the stove doesnt open all the way. But it worked great for our dinners for 5. We will definitely recommend and be back!! Thank You for sharing your home!

The host was very helpful and supplied information about the condo that was very complete. The host was available if i had any questions and helpful and fast to respond to any help needed with the condo .The condo was so clean and well supplied with all the kitchen utensils that we could need plus great balcony furniture. Beautiful

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo this past February. The condo is very comfortable, it has everything you need. It has 2 pools, one which is heated. I loved the Location of the condo. The owner, Steve, was fabulous to work with. If you are looking to go to Panama beach this is where you want to stay.

If you are wanting to be up in the middle of the hussell and bussell of the main PCB beach area then our place and Seychelles is NOT for you. We chose to purchase at Seychelles because of the quiet non-crowded location AND it sure is nice being right next door to one the best places on the beach "SCHOONERS BEACH CLUB"
