1st/Ground Floor: A cozy and chic foyer greets you with entry table—outfitted with dozens of games for your enjoyment, and two plush chairs. You’ll then enter the main living area which has high ceilings and is full of light. The open concept kitchen is outfitted with luxe stainless appliances including a 6-burner gas range. The large island has bar seating for 4. The living room includes two large, comfy sofas, two side chairs, coffee and side tables and large flat screen “Frame” TV. The large dining table seats up to 14. A convenient half bath is just off the hallway as well as a closet with stackable washer/dryer (one of two laundry areas). There is one bedroom on this level, a King master with private full bath including a large tub/shower combo. This bedroom also includes a hi-def TV, two closets and French doors leading to an outdoor seating area with comfy sofa and chairs and a gas fireplace.

2nd Floor: Take the stairs or the elevator to the second level where the remaining 5 bedrooms are located. The east wing includes 3 bedrooms—a King and two Queen bedrooms—each having private baths with walk-in showers, closets and TVs. The King also includes a balcony with outdoor sofa and swinging chair. The west wing includes a King bedroom and a bunkroom. The King bedroom includes a TV, great closet space, a private bath with walk-in shower. The bunkroom includes a set of twin bunks (2) as well as two other twins* that are just a couple inches shorter than standard size twin beds. The full bath for the twin/bunkroom is located outside of the room off the hall and includes a tub/shower combo. A laundry room is located on this level with side-by-side washer/dryer.

3rd Floor: Take the stairs or the elevator again to the third level—the perfect place to gather for sunset and happy hours! This level includes a wet bar with wine/beverage fridge, sink, cocktail table with seating for 4 and a plush sofa for lounging. A half bath is conveniently located on this level as well. Open the French doors and let the entertaining flow to the rooftop deck! This deck has ample comfortable seating and a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
