A fully appointed and recently updated kitchen with ample counter space provides everything you need to cook your fresh catch of the day. Wake up to the sounds and views of renowned Roosevelt channel from your master bedroom suite featuring a king sized bed, TV, ample closet space and a large attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a soothing beach theme. A full laundry room is adjacent to the full guest bathroom. Located in the Tween Waters stretch, enjoy the best of Captiva by walking to the beach, swimming in the heated pool or jump on your boat docked in your backyard.

The best of both worlds “Captiva Shores” stretches from Gulf to Bay has boat dockage in your back yard, a large tropical heated pool and is walking distance to restaurants. Step out of your front door and walk directly to the white sandy beaches of Captiva Island.

Great place! We really loved it.

Great location. You need to know this unit view faces Pine Island Sound. Very Beautiful but not the ocean. We did kayak in the Sound, saw dolphins and manatees. So totally amazing. The Gulf of Mexico is a quick walk across the street. This was easy for us because my kids are older but for young ones it may be a lot to lug back and forth. We loved the heated pool and the small neighborhood feel of the place. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Great place to relax

This property was in great shape and a beautiful view. Exactly what is was represented as. Just a few small issues I would like to let owners know about the toilet in the master bedroom was running and the fan in the other bathroom was very loud sounded like it was going, The rugs all needed cleaning , I’m sure it is an issue especially at the end of the season. The rest of the condo was very clean. I felt very comfortable walking barefoot and using everything,

Great Time in Captiva

We stayed at Captiva Shores Unit 5B. The view was spectacular. The sunrise and the birds were fun to watch from the screened in porch, especially the pelicans and the ospreys. The pool was right next door and the beach was a 3 minute walk. The unit was comfortable and had everything you would need on vacation. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great for the beach. Town was a 10 minute walk where all the restaurants were located. We will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed the property and it’s proximity to the beach and town. We were able to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The property management company was great and were very responsive to any questions or needs we had.

Perfect property for our stay. Walking distance to beach (just across the road). Small pool that was never busy. Property was great!! Clean and had everything you will need.

Lovely condo in a laid back quiet community. We loved the peaceful view of Pine Island Sound with the birds, the moon & stars & large shady deck. Short walk to the turquoise Gulf beach & a welcoming clean warm pool. Restaurants close by. Memorable vacation.
