** Need a place to store your RV or Boat trailer? We have FREE oversized parking spaces at the main office on Indian Rocks Beach.

**For your convenience Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, and Big Beach towels are available at check-in for a nominal fee

Direct Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, for your perfect beach holiday. The private balcony overlooks the sugary sand beach of Indian Shores. Both the living room and the master bedroom have sliding glass doors to the balcony. There are ceiling fans in every room including the balcony for added comfort. The open floor plan provides space for your family to enjoy their vacation. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV. The 3rd bedroom features 2 Queen size beds, armoire, and ceiling fan. There is a DVD in the living room and Washer/Dryer is right in the unit for added convenience. The head-on views of the Gulf of Mexico and lush tropical landscaping just below the balcony can be seen from both the living room and the master bedroom. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to the US and Canada. The pool deck has new (2019) lounge chairs and a number of tables and chairs as well. There is a large Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and both charcoal and gas grills. Recreation room with restrooms, a Ping Pong table, and a lending book library. There is also a coin laundry available on the 2nd floor as an option. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Ask your rental manager about unlimited FREE DVD movies and FREE weekday bicycle use.

Nice beachfront property

Conveniently located on the beachfront and easy access to the beach. Easy check-in and check-out process. I loved being able to rent towels, umbrellas, and chairs for the beach during the reservation process too. It was all ready for me at the rental office during check-in! The condo appears to be recently updated and is very nice, clean, and modern. No complaints!

Room Not as nice as the pictures

*the good- The location was great with a great view. The 3 TVs were all roku equipt ( we never found a roku remote for the main room so we used one from the bedroom) the gas bbq grills came in handy. The Full kitchen came in handy for quick meals. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles. *It says it is 3 bedrooms. 1 room is so small when you fold the bed down it takes up the whole room and with no TV. The main bathroom door had my whole family of 6 stuck inside at least once each.master bedroom door handle is also sketchy. Other rooms were fine. The ceiling fan in master bedroom was stuck on high as the chain had broke. The place needs updated, a deep clean and some fresh paint. Overall we had a great week and would stay again. The price was an OK value, but we were expecting more from the pictures being represented. I never contacted the manager for repairs as we were out at theme parks during the days. Busch gardens is a must for the roller coaster fans as is the City Pass to access the many attractions. ZERO CROWDS IN LATE AUGUST.

The view is beautiful, the room was just okay. After spending 24hrs we realized how disappointed.

*this has nothing to do with the reality company, they were accommodating… As we arrived and looked around it seemed ok, but things progressively got worse. The pictures are filtered. There are some things you might not notice in the pictures. There were no blankets on the beds, which ended up not a big deal because it was it was 77 degrees in the unit. They have a nest thermostat and must be controlling it on there own. When we talked to the property management they tried there best. There were also no Uv blocking curtains which would’ve helped quite a bit. There were ants in the kitchen and dust all over the lights in the kitchen from the fan, which is in arms reach to clean. Lastly, the sisal rug in the living room and master bedroom was pretty to look at but it was over top of old dirty carpet and it was not comfortable to walk on. I hated complaining while we were on vacation I just wanted to walk in And enjoy our stay. Luckily there’s a happy ending and the Reality company exchanged our room and we moved two doors down.

Girls Week

Great location. Met our needs. Great time had by all. Little more dated than it appeared in listing. Next time I might not rent chairs and umbrellas from managing company. One chair and two umbrellas broke on us in normal use. Overall, all was great and we would return.

Great Location on lovely beach

The reality matched the listing. This is a great location on a clean quiet stretch of Gulf beaches. The sunset views from the small porch or living room are glorious and the same gulf views are readily available from the master bedroom. The condo size was fine for the two of us, it was clean, beds were comfortable and it was fairly quiet despite a roof replacement 8 stories above us.
