Please be advised that Splash Resort is undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, there will be periods when beach access, the pool, and balconies may be closed or unavailable. Construction work is scheduled Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The balcony for this unit is scheduled to be closed off mid-October through late-November.

One of two Gulf-front masters can be found just off the living area with a private balcony entrance, King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en suite master bath. The corner garden tub, separate walk-in shower, dual vanities, and HUGE closet spaces make this paradise for those who enter. Your Guest Bedroom features bunk beds, and a private balcony for the children to enjoy the views as well. Your Guest bath is just across the hall for easy access and features a tub shower combination.

Your Mother-In-Law or second Guest Suite features a private entrance, private balcony, and incredible Gulf views. This suite features a King bed, a kitchenette area with dining seating for two, and a HUGE in-suite bath. Morning coffee on the balcony or a quick margarita for happy hour can all be enjoyed in the privacy of your own suite.
