From the minute you walk in the front door of this delightful home, you will be captivated by its charm, breezy open-air feeling and the stunning views. Nestled above Fish Bay and about a 15 minute drive from the town area, you will enjoy the gentle breeze and sweeping views over Fish Bay, Ditliff Point, Rendezvous Bay and St. Croix.

Step out the living room doors and enjoy total privacy as you take a dip in the pool, relax on a float, or lounge in the sun. The two-tiered deck is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens which continue around the home. The spacious deck includes lounge chairs and an outside dining table and gas grill. The open floor plan in the living area is full of charm, and each of the bedrooms includes ensuite bathroom and comfortable furnishings. This 2BR/2.5 bath villa sleeps up to 4 adults, with a sleeper sofa in the open loft area for additional children (over 8) or a single person accommodating up to a total of 6.

Cozy and comfortable, Sea Turtle Villa is the perfect choice for guests looking for a relaxing island retreat.

The villa was beautiful with incredible views. Perfect for two couples. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was great for relaxing after our beach days.The ride up to the house is challenging, but the wide and deep crater for drainage really needs a grate. We nearly lost the front end of the car when we arrived.Spectacular house, location, and amenities.

Worst Villa I've stayed in

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My privacy was exposed was very uncomfortable,was being harassed by catered to management and home owner about me having family visiting me also about me walking with my own large cooler,also being told if I can take my food and cook at my family other villa and uses of water. Seem like there is a hidden camera in the house beside the one outside the driveway. Won't ever rent from catered toagain

Clean clean clean!!Perfect size for our family of four. The pool was the perfect size and temperature. To say this house was EXCEPTIONAL is an understatement. Our family had the BEST vacation! We will definitely be coming back. This has been our fourth time in St. John and by far our favorite rental!The drive to the popular beeches wasn't far or a difficult drive. Truly highly recommend this home! The upgrades to the home were lovely. All new furniture, beautiful railing around the pool and new patio furniture all in great taste.We ate at Morgan's mango and skinny legs. Both great places. Cooked on the grill a lot. Spent the mornings and early afternoon at the beaches but then had to come home to enjoy the pool, home and views. The owners have a true gem there. What an amazing place. Sea Turtle was a stunning place to hole up for a week and explore St John. The open kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for hanging out by the pool from dawn to dusk with food and drinks. The views were beautiful. Short trip to town for supplies and easy to get everywhere on the island. Must hits- Windmill for sunset, Heading East for food. We rented a boat for the day and hit the secluded beaches. We have been seeking our “go to” place for years. This might just be it!

We also appreciated having a greeter to escort us to our home which we hadn't known was part of the experience - we have found our way on our own before, but this can be difficult on St. John so it was appreciated.

Beautiful Home

The house was even better than it appeared in the photos. The views inside were absolutely perfect and the open concept with vaulted ceilings and huge screens made the experience amazing. I would return here to stay again in a heartbeat

Amazing Views

We have stayed in numerous homes in St John but this property had the best view and privacy that rivals all other homes we have stayed. This is a very unique property.

Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The one thing we were wanting was a coffee grinder. All in all we highly recommend it!

Fantastic get away

October is a warmer, much quieter time to go. We can’t say enough good about Sea Turtle Villa. It’s clean, very comfortable, has a great floor plan. It’s furnished very nicely and has every household/kitchen item you could need. The owners have done a fantastic job setting this villa up. The villas location is very private, and its pool/deck area with its privacy and views are terrific. We enjoyed coming back from the beach and hanging by the pool, listening to Kenny on one of the several blue tooth speakers that were there. This villa would work well for two couples, though the bedroom suites are one over the other, there is a concrete floor between them and they afford plenty of privacy. There are two sitting areas with futon or pull out couches so small families could utilize this villa. We have been to STJ over 25 times and this was one of the best villas we have stayed in. It is out in Fish bay and its hill side location may be a bit intimidating the first time you drive out. But don’t let that stop you, this is a fantastic villa in a very beautiful private location. The management company does a great job communicating and provided us with good professional service from booking, to meeting us, and in keeping the villa in top condition. We highly recommend Catered To, and Sea Turtle villa!
