The top floor is an open living, dining and kitchen plan with soaring #1 pine tongue & groove ceilings and oak hardwood floors. The large kitchen has granite counters, a downdraft cook top, wall ovens, an ice machine, tons of cabinet space, a large hall pantry, full kitchen amenities for large meal preparation- perfect for those large family gatherings! The Master suite has a king bed, wood ceilings, extra large walk-in closet and a juliet balcony, perfect to watch the kids swim in the community pool. The master bath is handicapped accessible with a large standing shower with 4 shower heads with rails and grab bars, a tile ramp, shower seat, and multi-purpose faucet accessories, dual vanities and a large garden tub. The top floor beachfront balcony opens up with multiple storm-doors and a handicapped accessible ramp on the west side. The middle floor has a 2nd and 3rd Master Bedroom with King beds and en-suite bathrooms, and a 4th bedroom with bunk-beds sleeping 6 and a separate family room with a wet bar and an additional bathroom. All levels have large covered decks, with ample loungers and outdoor dining furniture and an outdoor spiral staircase connects all decks. The wet bar in on level 2 is a great place for the kids to play games or watch TV while the parents relax upstairs. The interior ground level space offers a large foyer, an interior elevator for loading and unloading groceries and luggage and a half bath when you come in from the beach.
