Welcome to this beautifully decorated home with everything you would need and more. Large open kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry. The kitchen opens to the dining room. Spacious living room with den. Large master bath with separate shower and tub. Covered patio with BBQ, patio table with chairs to enjoy the AZ sunsets. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush!

Nice quiet neighborhood but minutes from all amenities

This is a great place to stay. The location is in a quiet area just a few minutes from the golf course, shopping, hiking and everything else you need. The house has lots of room and is nicely appointed.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our host quickly answered any questions we had along the way.....and soaking in the hot tub after a busy day was the perfect way to wrap things up.

Rough start but great ending.

When we arrived at the house 9pm, I realize that we had never received an email on how to get in to the house. We text, we call, and we emailed but didn’t receive a response for about 35 to 40 minutes. It was very late at night and after a 12 Hour drive, we were exhausted and needed to use the restroom. Once the property manager called, it was easy to get into the house. Unfortunately, it was like 90° in the house at 10 PM. The air conditioning worked, but it took until about 4AM to cool the house down. It was a rough night. We stayed for four days had a lovely time once we woke up in the morning. The property manager checked in with us in the morning and at the end of our stay. Due to the rough beginning, the first night was refunded. That was very kind and unexpected. The house on the property was very clean. I have one suggestion… Update the bedding.

Az Visit

Wonderful home with lots of comfort. Buckeye is pretty far west of Phoenix. Best to be visiting west. Traffic tough if you want to get into Phoenix or Scottsdale. Overall a fantastic property, with a great manager.

Grand baby fix!

Quick trip to visit grand baby and this house met every need! Convenient, clean, super easy check in and out. Tons of amenities and things available like blow dryer, air dryer, printer and games. Will keep this on my favorites!

Graduation Trip

We rented a VRBO while visiting Verrado/Buckeye for a high school graduation. The home was just as listed and gave us a place to stay away from the nonstop activity at my daughter’s house. Thank you so much!

Buckeye is Better

Great home, great location outside of Phoenix and a beautiful neighborhood. The location is on the peaceful side of the city, to the west which is best.

Great place to stay

Our family had a great stay. The house is loaded with everything you need. The hot tub was a nice touch to have in the evenings. The location is close to all kinds of retail/restaurants/etc. so you don't have to travel far for food or supplies. Would stay there again.

As described...

Hot tub was a required amenity as I was wanting that for my son who was meeting us there....and it was covered, kept clean and hot... so... success there. The house was as pictured and clean. This is in an isolated little neighborhood west of Phoenix so we drove at least a half hour for all hiking trails we wanted to do but the peace and quiet was certainly welcomed. I booked this originally for a 6 night stay and after I booked flights, I received a note from the manager saying they had to cancel because they needed more time to clean. That put me in a “pickle” having to book 2 hotel rooms for that first night. (I would have appreciated a call letting me know same so that I could book for the 5 nights instead-which is what I ended up doing by going back into vrbo.). Not convenient. Additionally, I received no instructions for check-in/arrival until I called her a couple hours before check-in. She was definitely pleasant at that time but I must say it was unusual. All-in-all, the property serves the purpose.

Very Comfortable House

This house was so comfortable, especially roomy when full of guests. It was the best furnished of any house we have rented. The location is a bit out of the city, but it was easy to get to the major highways and to any necessity shopping. A big plus was that Skyline Park is near - great hiking for families. Added to that is the jacuzzi. I would encourage the owners to update the sheets for all of the beds and fix a few things around the house.

Great location and excellent accommodations.

Staying in this house makes you feel rich, yet right at home. Close to great hiking and scenic locations and just a mile or 2 from restaurants and stores. Also, it is not too far from U of Phoenix Stadium and GCU. Thanks for everything.

Peaceful

This is a nice home in a quiet subdivision, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The location is a little farther southwest than we usually stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed the early morning walks in the desert. In fact, my husband said this was his favorite place we've stayed! Appreciated the addition of the hot tub, it was a hit! Thanks for a memorable stay!

very enjoyable

All worked out very well for our first visit to the Phoenix area. The property is very well equipped and located for what we were looking for. We enjoy hiking and were right on the doorstep of Skyline Park where there are plenty of hiking trails. The views were incredible and our proximity to the park enabled our access without having to drive. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and would certainly consider staying here again.
