Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're sorry the cleanliness of the unit did not meet expectations, and this has been addressed directly with our cleaning partner to ensure bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor areas are properly attended to going forward. The sliding glass door issue was the first we've heard of, and we'll be confirming and repairing it as soon as we're able to get into the condo. As for the parking pass, it was in place during the stay, and the signage mentioning a gift card was put out mistakenly by a cleaning provider who was unaware it hadn't been offered in some time, so that has since been corrected. We appreciate the detailed feedback and will continue working to make sure every guest has a comfortable, well-prepared stay.

From the Owner: "Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the beach access and parking in Pawleys. That’s, unfortunately, the nature of summer here between June and Labor Day weekend. If you choose to come back, I’d be happy to point you toward some nearby beaches that might be more suitable. Again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the beach situation."

Last time I was in the unit there were at least two sets each. If they weren't in the dryer our cleaning supervisor may have taken some out of there to clean them, especially if there was a tight turn upon arrival."
