The community pools are open, the beach is right across the street, and this cheerful, thoughtfully stocked studio at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club is ready to welcome your family. With a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a Pack-n-Play for little ones, a granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a pair of rocking chairs on the screened lanai — this is one of the most family-ready studios in the entire complex.



Whether you're traveling with a baby, a toddler, or simply a group that appreciates a well-equipped, cheerfully decorated space, this studio delivers comfort and convenience just steps from the Gulf.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



This bright, open-concept studio flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with a warm, welcoming coastal feel throughout.



The living area is generously arranged with full dining for 4, a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV with cable, and a Pack-n-Play ready for your youngest traveler. Slide open the full glass doors and step onto the screened lanai, where a pair of comfortable outdoor rocking chairs invite you to slow down, sip your morning Keurig, and listen to the Gulf breeze roll in.



Sleep soundly on a king-size bed freshly made with hotel-quality linens, with a ceiling fan for added comfort and a spacious walk-in closet to keep everything organized throughout the stay.



The full bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower with ample storage — clean, practical, and well-appointed. Bath and beach towels are included.



The kitchen is a genuine standout — granite countertops, full-size upgraded stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances needed for easy family meals in.
