The suite is in a fantastic location. Loved sitting on the lanai watching and listening to the ocean. If you are beach going people, this is the perfect spot! Would love to return again!

This place was perfect for my stay! And the view was absolutely stunning! I ate on the balcony table a few times just to take in the view and sunset. The condo was very clean and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. Tons of storage if you were staying long term. Very nice washer and dryer which was handy. Lots of beach supplies, plenty of towels, and lots of house keeping supplies provided. Soaps, garage bags, toilet paper etc. I didn’t use the pool but I could see it from one of the hall railways and it looked nice. Doc’s beach house is right across the street as well as the beach. The place was very qiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place and if staying in the area again I will check then out!

perfect stay

clean and fully stocked condo with the most breath taking views ever. perfectly located on the water but seconds from great food and shopping. everything you need is in the condo so no need to bring extras. couldnt have asked for a better place for our vacation.

Thanks VERY MUCH for the great review Heather...All of Guests appreciate not only the excellent decor and amenities in all of our seven (7) Suites @ the Beach & Tennis Club, but also the fact that they do not have to worry about all that "Beach Stuff": Coolers, Towels, Umbrellas & of course, comfortable sit-up or relaxing beach chairs!!! Wonderful beachfront stay

Excellent location for close & easy access to beach. Wonderful gulf views from the condo. Absolutely no complaints to offer for this lovely place. We were surprised that the building was still being renovated after the Hurricane however the elevator whisked us to the top floor and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.

Penthouse with a view!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the Penthouse. The entire experience of the unit and near by vacation sites will bring us back again. The Penthouse has a great location, beach 3 minute walk, short drives to locations we wanted to experience.

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! The views are amazing and could not have been better. The condo is neat, clean, and equipped with about everything you would need for a great vacation! The owner Mike is a pleasure to deal with and there is not a doubt in my mind that we would rent from him again! This condo is a real score just based on location alone. Great rental!!!

The views from all our Seven (7) Condos are on the Gulf Side of the Buildings resulting in warm breezes and the ultimate in Sunset Views...During dry air days you can even see the GREEN FLASH as the sun heads just below the Gulf's Surface...As you've said it's all about location, and all our Suites have the perfect Sunset views!!! Thoroughly enjoyed :)

The property was everything we wanted! Of course, with Hurricane Ian, the area and property are still recovering, but we knew that when we booked. But we love the area and want to support! The condo was cozy and just what we needed! Everything was seamless, but Mike & Diane were very responsive whenever we reached out! We really enjoyed our trip and look forward to the opportunity to go back! The view is great and we love the close proximity to Docs, Coconut Jacks and the beach :)

Your Condo Is Fantastic!!!

Your condo is fantastic. Pen us in for this slot forever! Weather is great. We're adding to your collection: new beach chair, tea pitcher, probably fishing stuff, etc. You've really thought this condo thru. Everything is exactly as it should be. I'm a remodeler & doubt I could have got it this perfect!

Beautiful Sunsets on Bonita Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at this 10th floor Bonita Beach studio apartment. This unit faces the ocean and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the lanai many evenings. The unit is nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including extras such as beach chairs and umbrella. Mike and Diane were very communicative hosts and responded promptly to concerns. Restaurants within walking distance included Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jack's for great seafood. The complex is still recovering from Hurricane Ian so the pools and other facilities were closed, elevators were iffy and construction is happening on-site. Nonetheless, we had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect beach view!

I was so impressed with the view from the lanai! As soon as you walk in from the front door, you are drawn to the gorgeous view of the beach. The lanai is fully screened so you don't have to worry about bugs, while still getting the full effect of the view, the sound of the waves, and the sea air. The owner has taken care to label all switches throughout the condo, so you don't spend the first 2 days figuring out where things are! Beach chairs, coolers, are provided. Either the owners or other guests have also been kind to leave behind shaving cream, sunscreen, extra shampoo - various essentials that are tough to pack. Having a washing machine in the condo is invaluable! Super close to whatever you need - shopping, Publix, yoga, mini-golf, excellent food. Two thumbs up - will return!

Picture perfect

The unit is exactly like the photos showing it. The attention to style and detail really made it comfortable and appealing. Sadly, the weather was a bit uncooperative so we spent more time inside. But grateful for the space and upgraded recliner love seat! Mike and Diane were so thoughtful to greet us with a lovely bottle of Blue Chardonnay on the dining table. Another plus is being on the south side of the Island strip. Traveling up to Ft Myers was like entering a huge tourist trap. Where we were was very peaceful but close to anything you need. Thanks M & D we will return to 7th Heaven II!

WOW Leslie...TY VERY MUCH for this EXCELLENT Review...Right you are about being on our "Little Hickory Island", mid way between Ft. Myers Beach & Naples!!! The convenience of our location is unmatched w/several very good restaurants near-by & two within walking distance: DOC's beach House & Coconut Jack's!!! Publix Supermarket is also nearby...many of our Guests do not even rent a car & use the reliable LEE County transportation, Uber & Lyft...Please come back anytime & "Stay With Us" on beautiful Bonita Beach!!!

Lanai unavailable

We ended up staying at the 7th Heaven property, but my guess is this review might apply to this property as well. (We originally booked this property, but switched to 7th Heaven because of availability.) They basically gave us 24-hour-notice before check-in that our lanai was unavailable because of construction. They put a table and chairs outside of the door, but it's not the same as the lanai (no privacy; literally building debris hitting us because of construction; construction workers surrounding us during the day). They said they just found out it wouldn't be available, but we spoke with other owners and property managers while we were there and they said Mike and Diane should have been well aware it wouldn't be available. We were disappointed to say the least. The sliding door to the lanai had a big piece of plywood obstructing the bottom half of the view, making it so you couldn't see outside when sitting on the couch. We complained and got a $50 refund, which seems inadequate, given that the only reason we wanted to get this condo was for the lanai and the view. I wish they would have given us more notice. The 24-hour-notice gave us no time to find another place. We would never stay with them again because we feel like they were dishonest. I know it's tough to lose money because of construction, but they should have been upfront about it. However, if you do stay with them ASK ABOUT CONSTRUCTION ON THE BUILDING AND BE SURE THE LANAI IS AVAILABLE. Honestly, the place was great other than the lanai issue, but that's a BIG ISSUE.

Lisa...As we told U this Bldg has been worked on for over one year & is still not completed as of the date of your arrival...Before we departed the area, we were told repeatedly by the contractor that Ur Unit would have the lanai opened by Mid-May...When we returned the day before you arrived & found it all painted & ready, but w/o the screen enclosure installed, we immediately notified you & offered a FULL REFUND INCLUDING ALL VRBO FEES & TAXES...You could have easily got another Unit in the complex by simply going to the Royal Shell Office in Bldg #3 as we recommended on the DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL...It's not our fault that U were too lazy to do that...WE TAKE EXCPTION TO YOUR ACCUSATION OF DISHONESTY...JUST READ OUR OTHER HUNDREDS OF REVIEWS WHICH COUNTER YOUR UNFOUNDED ACCUSATION...M&D~! PS: Your Final Comment in light of all this complaining & dishonesty is instructive: " Honestly, the place was great other than the lanai issue, but that's a BIG ISSUE.

Am Strand von Bonita Beach direkt gegenüber von Doc's Beachhouse

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick über den Golf. Es sind nur 5 Min von der Wohnung zum Strand. Die Wohnung 2006 ist sehr zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Bad ist praktisch aber nicht glamourös. Aber es istmit Waschmaschine und Trockner von LG, ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist geräumig mit uneingeschränkter Sicht auf den Golf. Das Gebäude und die gesamte Anlage zeigen noch Folgeschäden von den Verheerungen die Ian im September 2022 angerichtet hat. Die Sanierungsarbeiten schreiten gut voran.( Stand Juni 2024) . Der Vermieter hat dafür gesorgt, dass alle Geräte ohne jedes Grübeln benutzt werden können. Ich fand das super. Außerdem ist der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und unproblematisch erreichbar.

Perfect Long Weekend

Condo is in a perfect location for an extended weekend stay. The pool, which is very nice, is steps away from the building (#3). The beach is across the street. A couple of restaurants are also close by. The condo is well equipped including beach chairs and coolers. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is especially useful. If you prefer to explore, Naples is a short drive from Bonita Springs. No complaints. Will return!!

Beautiful Bonita Springs

Accommodations were wonderful! Clean, comfortable and felt like our home away from home! The only downside was construction/ repair work on the Lanai’s and the outside of the building. Will definitely consider coming back for another weeks stay in the future!

Great place to stay

Property was well taken care of. Oodles of tennis courts if you like to play. The short walk to the beach was quick and easy. We had the "Penthouse" with the ocean front view. Beautiful sunrises. Tons and tons of shells on the beach. Only disappointment was vrbo showed availability for the five days we wanted but, was only actually available for four. So, we had to find another hotel for our last night. Owner responds in a very timely manner.
