Nuzzled in a privileged hilltop location, Regal Residence is one of the few properties in Chania that enjoy unobstructed panoramic views, overlooking the city and bay of Chania. Feel the calmness of the lush green forest around you, gazing at the sunset and have the vacation you always dreamt about, while being very close to Chania town and all daily amenities at the same time.

Interiors

Regal Residence is divided in three levels, covering a total of 185 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Its modern architecture, contemporary design and big openings let the fresh air and sunlight in all day long, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Regal Residence captures the essence of chic and luxurious living and its elegantly furnished environs, minimal decoration and superb outdoor area, ensure a holiday beyond comparison.

Ground Level
Entering from the main gate of the Villa and ascending a few steps, you will reach the central entrance of the property opening up to an open plan space, consisted of the siting and dining areas. The wide, floor-to-ceiling, glass doors offer unbelievable vistas of the Cretan sea, surrounding area and Chania city, while providing direct access to the pool terrace. The living room features three comfortable sofas, 55 LED TV with Netflix, PS4 gaming console, bluetooth speaker, as well as an indoor dining table. Furthermore, next to the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and an additional breakfast table for 4 people. Finally, a WC can also be found on the ground floor.


First Floor
Either by using the elevator or taking the wooden stairs, you will reach the first floor of Regal Residence, where two bedrooms are located.
Bedroom 1 - Super King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, 32" TV, Closet, Dressing table, Safe and Direct access to a private balcony, Sea view. The bed may be converted into two singles beds (0,90 x 2,00) upon advance request.

Following the stairs upwards, guests can find the two master bedrooms of Regal Residence.

The lower level of Regal Residence features the fifth bedroom.
Bedroom 5 - Super King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), En-suite bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, 32" TV, Open Closet, Mini Fridge, 2 Hobs, Direct access to a private balcony, Sea view.
Guests can reach the pool terrace through a staircase. This bedroom offers privacy among your group and amazing views of the sea and forest below.



Outdoor Area
The exterior of Regal Residence evokes the spirit and cosmopolitan charm of the island. The entire outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests, while covering 700 sq.m. and offering plenty of facilities which include:
- A 40m2, private, swimming pool (1,40 m deep), just above the forest trees, exactly what you need to refresh your body and mind. Come close to nature and enjoy the stunning views from the heated, infinity pool. The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one week advance notice.
- The sunbathing area is equipped with 7 comfortable sun beds, 2 umbrellas, 2 sofas and decked area next to the pool for outmost relaxation.
- Outdoor sitting area with an additional sofa and armchairs next to the pool and direct access to the living room.
- Fully equipped gas barbecue facilities.
- Outdoor dining table with corner sofa for alfresco meals for all guests next to the BBQ.
- Additional siting area with armchairs next to the dining area.
- Big area with lawn at the rear part of the Villa, ideal for the children to play.
- Private entrance with a gate.
- Private parking space for two cars inside the Villa premises.
- Washing machine and clothes dryer in a storage room in the rear garden.


** Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge," requiring a fee of EUR10 per night from March to October and EUR4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Vacation Dream Home
This a a great house for 3-4 couples looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Old Town Chania and the ocean. The pictures are accurate and you will not be disappointed. Property manager is responsive and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this house!

Outstanding - Even better than the photos
Fabulous experience. The house is amazing - we had 6 people, comprising 2 couples and 2 individuals. The main living space is indoor outdoor living with sliding doors that can be completely opened. The infinity pool with beds above the water was glorious. Amenities included pool toys, ping pong, grill, washer dryer, as well as typical bathroom amenities and nice products. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, teas, pots and pans, as well as honey, olive oil, spices. Hosts were very helpful and always available. Nick made great recommendations and reservations for restaurants. The management company set us up for a fantastic private boat to see balos and other areas. Location was also good. There is an excellent restaurant, carte postal, next door, and it's only about a five minute walk to a convenience store. House is about about a 40 minute walk to the old port area. Hosts called taxis for us when needed, and they were plentiful in town. I would highly recommend this house and the management, and look forward to returning!

Fabulous villa at the edge of Chania
We had a fabulous time at This Villa. Spacious, stylish, well equipped and with a beautiful view on Chaniaā€™s port in the distance from the infinity pool. Communication with the property manager was flawless and thereā€™s lots to do in theatres. Highly recommend it!
