Beautiful 4bed 2.5 bath in the heart of Chelsea
On the prettiest street imaginable, this luxurious home allows families to live the West London dream in the heart of Chelsea. Moments away from galleries, boutiques and trendy restaurants as King’s Road is a one-minute walk. Spread across three floors, the family has the choice of entertaining by the fireplace, or reclining in front of the big TV. For a quiet moment, a small office space in the base is secluded away from the rest of the house. There’s plenty of room in the big kitchen, while the woven wooden walls around the outdoor terrace offer a bit of privacy for alfresco dining.
As soon as you set eyes on its vibrant exterior, you’ll know that here’s a stand-out house in an outstanding location. The promise of luxury within is delivered as soon as you open the front door and enter the impressive double aspect living area. There are two sofas here, one a corner sofa from where you can watch the widescreen television. The other part of a three piece suite by the fireplace, an ideal area to reflect on the day’s events and plan what you’ll do tomorrow. There is an outside area with a table and four chairs, such a rarity in this area of London, where every inch of space is so coveted.
Returning inside, the ground floor also features a single bedroom. The carpeted staircase takes you down to a smart dining area. What’s the stand out feature here? Take your pick from the mirrored wall or the beautiful circular table that comfortably seats six. It leads through to the so-stunning and spacious kitchen. Everything here is high-end, from the integral appliances to the beautiful units, the flooring to the worktops. A big window lets light flood in, so if you’re planning to prepare a meal or two during your stay, it will be a real pleasure. There’s even a small table for two and a wall-mounted television to keep you entertained while you warm up some croissants for breakfast, or wait for the evening meal to finish cooking.
Also on this floor, you’ll find a small office space with a desk and glass ceiling that gives the area a conservatory feel. And there’s a washroom with a toilet and sink and utility with washer and dryer.
Onwards and upwards to the rest of the bedrooms. The master features an immaculately presented King Size bed, in a room with twin windows, a fitted wardrobe and a big en suite, featuring a double sink, toilet, bath tub and walk-in shower.
The third bedroom features twin beds - ideal if you’re visiting with children, in a room with twin sash windows and spacious, fitted wardrobes. The fourth bedroom contains a small double bed, again in a room with a fitted wardrobe and single window. Finally, there’s a second bathroom to banish any morning queues, this one featuring a tub with shower over, as beautifully furnished as the rest of the property.
Please note: the air-condition unit is only in one bedroom
The owners of this stunning residence are delighted to open their doors to discerning guests who appreciate stylish and luxurious living. Whether you’re a family or group of professional friends, the entire property, including outside space at the rear, will be exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Please note that the house is accessed via several steps leading up from street level to the front door.

The house is located in a premium residential area just off Chelsea’s iconic Kings Road, famous ever since the ‘swinging sixties’ for being one of the most fashionable areas of the capital. This is an area for the well-heeled socialite set. Sloane Square is home to one of London's best theatres for new writing (The Royal Court) and nearby is one of London's best independent bookshops (John Sandoe).
Just in case you ever want to leave this wonderful house, you’ll be delighted to know that it’s in a location that makes accessing the rest of London easy. Sloane Square underground station on the District and Circle lines is a short walk away, just one stop from one of London’s major transport hubs - Victoria Station. Here, you’ll not only find an underground station that can connect you with Britain’s top shopping destination - Oxford Street - in just ten minutes. You’ll also find a bus station, where many of London’s iconic red buses stop and can whisk you around the capital. There’s also a coach station which will link you by road to most of England’s big cities, including Manchester, Oxford and Birmingham. And Victoria also has regular rail services to many destinations in southern England, including Brighton, Hastings and Gatwick Airport.

- Please remove your shoes inside the property
- Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand
- All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure
- Losing a set of keys will result in an *£120 charge to get them replaced. (*Plus locksmith charges if used)
- For bookings 7 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper.
We want you to make wonderful memories during your London stay in this property and enjoy living like a local. However, please remember that this beautiful property is someone else's home, so it would be greatly appreciated if you didn't move any furniture, or remove the owner's possessions in designated storage spaces, or unplug/move any of the media devises attached to the TVs. We provide our guests with a "home away from home" experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £300 if any of our house rules are broken.
