Ideally located just one kilometer from the Nyon cable car and around 2 kilometers from all amenities, we offer you an unforgettable stay in this superb duplex apartment, the largest of the 3 apartments that make up the chalet "Le Moulin du Crêt". The 150 m² duplex apartment known as "Le Grand Condor" is organised as follows:
- Ground floor: 1 separate toilet with washbasin, a first bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) TV and its bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds (90x190cm) and a bathroom with a large walk in shower.
- Upstairs: 1 stunning-living room under the roof with exposed beams for a wow effect. A lovely open planned kitchen which is perfect to cook delicious meals for your friends or family. All is opening onto a large terrace ideal for aperitifs or relaxing. Also on this level, 1 separate toilet with washbasin and a 3rd bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and its own shower-room.
The chalet has a shared laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a ski-room equipped with a boots-dryer, a bike storage and 4 private parking spaces.
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge. Multipass summer member.
