Enjoy the fully furnished studio with a luxurious bathroom with a large bath and walk-in shower. The studio offers space for 2 people with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a private terrace with a lounge set.

You will stay in the small village of Oud-Sabbinge, only a 5-minute walk from the Verse Meer. There is a beach, restaurant, snack bar and boat trailer area on the sea.

The studio has a large double bed, bedside tables with cozy lighting, TV and a soundbar for the right musical accompaniment. If you prefer a different sound, you can use a radio from the 1950s.

A large closet offers space for all your clothes. There are enough hangers and drawers for everything you bring with you.

You can have an extensive breakfast at the dining room table. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. A sink, hob, microwave, back oven, toaster, grill plate, e-BBQ, coffee machine, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you need. Cutlery, wine and beer glasses, as well as good service are of course included.

The bathroom has a large bath (1.80 m) and a walk-in shower. The dress boy is ready to store your clothes and then take a nice bath. The mirror cabinet with lighting ensures that you can always store everything and have a good view to take good care of yourself.

From the studio you have access to the garden with its own lounge set, sun blinds and lighting. Enjoy nature and a view of the garden!

Access to the studio is completely independent. You enter with your own electronic code for the main entrance and the studio. This way you can move freely! You will automatically receive the code after booking the accommodation.
You have access to the terrace and garden from the studio. On the terrace you have your own lounge set so that you can also enjoy the outdoors.
You have your own parking space directly in front of the house and entrance. Just simpel!

Normally you will have everything taken care of. If there is a problem, I can be reached via my mobile number, which you will receive after booking. If there are any issues, I am reachable and also available on location most days. So everything is manageable!

"Vakantiestudio Luk" is located in the province of Zeeland in the Netherlands. One of the most touristy environments in the Netherlands. And not without reasons!

In Zeeland you will find beaches, water, dunes and lots of nature to relax everywhere. Near Oud-Sabbinge you will find a beach and places for all kinds of water sports are only 5 minutes away. Such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, boating, subbing, beachbuggies, swimming and lying on the beach are all accessible by walking.

In the immediate vicinity you can rent e-bikes, beachbuggies, e-scooters, sub-boards and boats. Information is available at the studio by a handy flyer about the neighborhood.

If you fancy an exclusive dinner, you can go to the "Mij lieftse". One of the top star restaurants in the Netherlands and 5 minutes away.

But other old towns such as Goes (10 minutes) and Middelburg (20 minutes) are also around the corner to be discovered. In the cities you can enjoy good food with many catering establishments in cozy places in the towns that were partly created in the mid-century. Museums are also scattered everywhere.

So there is something for everyone that you will enjoy to complement your holiday!

The studio is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
In Wolphardsdijk - 5 minutes by car or bicycle - you will find a supermarket for all your groceries.
There is currently no structural solution for bicycles, because the studio has been completely redesigned. But you can store the bicycles in the garage by appointment. You will then receive a key for the garage.
Rental for work-related projects such as handicrafts is not permitted.
Please close the door to the terras in case you use the radiation.
Please switch of the light in the bathroom after use.
Please switch of the radiation in the bathroom if you don't use it.
Pets are not allowed to stay or lay on the bed.
