Bem-vindo! Nossa casa está localizada em um condomínio privado arborizado. É apenas a um quarteirão de distância do lago, a piscina e as quadras de tênis. Há espaço suficiente para acomodar grupos de até a 10. A casa é de 2 horas de distância de Nova York e Filadélfia.

O nível principal é climatizado e dispõe de uma sala de estar com teto abobadado e uma lareira a lenha de tijolos. A área de jantar leva a um alpendre. Oferecemos uma cozinha muito bem equipada, com uma ilha de pequeno-almoço e todos os utensílios de cozinha. No nível principal, você também vai encontrar um quarto principal com uma cama queen-size, closet e uma casa de banho completa.

O nível superior tem três quartos e um banheiro completo. Há uma cama queen-size em Bdrm 2, sofá-cama na Bdrm 3 e um beliche com colchão e cama de tamanho grande na Bdrm 3.

Área de lazer no nível inferior dispõe de uma sauna, chuveiro para dois, lavabo, uma mesa de bilhar, uma mesa de ping pong, uma mesa de pebolim e uma máquina de karaoke. Nós fornecemos jogos de tabuleiro e filmes. Roku TV está disponível para você, bem como Internet sem fios.

Lovely property
This house was a perfect memorial weekend for my family and group of friends with kids. The kitchen is fully stocked, it is complete with all the things needed. The area was great being near in a lake on a private community, we feel very safe and secured. Lots of activities inside the house if weather is not permitting, the sauna was a bonus! If you like nature and walks try Bushkill falls it didnt disappoint. Overall we had a great time and will recommend this place to anyone! Rita the owner is quick in responding and very nice too.

Had a excellent time spending a weekend at this house, the entertainment was amazing, the pool table and pin pong keep us having fun all night , and to relax we had a beautiful sauna, highly recommended to book this house

Great house

Beautiful house, unforgettable time!!!
Rented this property for 4 days and had an amazing time. The house has everything - sauna, pool table, ping pong, karaoke, grill, screened porch.... Kitchen also has everything you need for cooking, and more. The owner is one of the most pleasant people we ever rented from, and we rent several times per year. She was very nice and accommodating. Overall, this was probably one of our best mini-vacations because of everything this property has to offer. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Great house. Plenty to do, plenty to see.
Love the house. Between the pool table, ping pong, sauna and the new Netflix compatible TV, there was no room for boredom. The owner is very nice and very responsive. The price is very reasonable. Have already stayed at the house 3 times already and look forward to returning. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars, is due to some of the beds being a bit uncomfortable, and there was a bit of a problem with parking due to the snow not being cleared from the driveway (not so much of the owner's fault as the cruel winter that we've had in NY this year). Other than that, the house was perfect, and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
A couple of friends and I decided to spend a weekend away in the Poconos and this house was a great choice! It has everything you need in the kitchen (besides the food of course) to cook for the entire weekend along with a nice grill and a spacious yard. Its located on a quiet street and only a 5 min walk to the lake. I would 100% rent this house again!

The listing description was very accurate and even exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and very well-maintained. The owners are very nice and helpful. We spent 3 nights and 4 days with a group of friend and our children and had an unforgettable time. This was the second time we were renting this house and will do it again next time.

Great New Year's Eve Trip
Great spot for family/friends gathering or weekend getaway. The location is isolated enough to give you plenty of privacy, yet being in a gated community provides you with a sense of security. There aren't many restaurants or bars in the area, our group loves to cook so that wasn't an issue at all. The house is well equipped with all cooking and dining and drinking utensils/condiments. There are three 24 hour walmart within driving distance, the closest one is 30 minutes away. Our group was very satisfied with the entertainment sets the house provides, a pool table, pingpong table, kareoke and a sauna! They are not brand new but definitely in good condition and functional. Overall, our trip was a blast. As long as you are with good company and not picky about minor things, you will have much fun at this place :)

Half hour to the Walpack Inn
We enjoyed being at the house very much. It was very clean; the kitchen well stocked with tools, pots, pans, etc; the screen porch and open layout of the first floor made it nice to hangout—which we did while having a fire and watching a movie. We spent a lot of time playing pool and ping pong, but my favorite part was the wonderful sauna and shower. Nice place!

Great Getaway Home!
It was our first time to use HomeAway.com and it worked out perfectly! The owner: Rita was very quick in response and flexible (In terms of check-in time, dates etc.) The house: The house and amenities were as described in the website. Very clean and nice. It has a kitchen big enough for a few of us to cook at once. It was very well equipped with many kitchen items. (plates, utensils, pots, pans, bowls and more) We loved sauna and pool table in the basement. There were 7 of us, but never felt crowded. The surrounding: As it's said "rural" and "away from it all," if you are looking for a nice very quiet place, this is your pick! We wanted to get away from our everyday city craziness and have calm and relaxed time in the greenness (We stayed in May) and it was just right for it. I will definitely recommend to people who are looking for a quiet place.

Great place
The house was well apportioned and spacious enough for our group of 6. It is very close to most major attractions, and is in a nice private community (w security). The description of the house is accurate, and we got a kick out of the amenities. The house was clean and organized. We spent most of our time canoeing on the Delaware, which is about a 10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this place for a family retreat, or a stay w friends. The owners are nice people and organized too!

do not stay there for New Year
Don`t exactly know what start with. Well, first of all you really think that there should be sheet covers on the beds and pillow covers or at least you have to notified by the owner that there is no such. The location of the house is so inconvenient, that is of course our problem we should have checked that prior to arriving. 40 min away from any attractions. And then after all we have been charged fee for making too much noise. Well, because it is New Year and we didn`t come there to watch TV. And i guess to make the amount even off the security deposit the owner decided to charge us for broken chair that we didn`t even touch and it was like 100 year old chair. How wonderful this is to be charged for something that we didn`t even see. Only one of rooms in that house was OK. The rest didn`t worth a price at all. Will never go back.

What a great long weekend!
We enjoyed our stay in this house. Very clean, well kept, nice furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with any kind of appliances. There was everything we needed - plates, flatware, a lot of pots and pans. The weather was cold so we spent great time in game room downstairs - pool and ping-pong tables were in very good condition. Sauna was another joyful experience - with modern shower room right next to it. Communication with owner was flawless, owner was available any time we needed assistance or had any question. We will come back next time when we decide to go to Pocono.

perfect weekend
Loved this place. Directions were clear, amenities were great, especially the ping pong table and sauna! The bedrooms and beds are adequate and clean, but not particularly comfortable. No matter, sleeping comfortably is for other vacations. Deposit reimbursement returned within just a few days. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family getaway vacation
We spent almost a week at this beautiful, clean and entertaining house. My 2 kids (6 and 3) had blast there. House is fully prepared for a very comfortable stay for small or large families. Property owners are very friendly and made sure we would get there safe and had very good time. The house and community has many attractions for all ages to be occupied and have fun. I can’t wait to go back there again. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have nice, quiet but the same time fun time.

We had a great time!!!
It was 8 of us and all and each of us loved the little get away! Location on the house is great, pretty easy to find! House itself is wonderful! When we got in, all house was very clean, let me tell you, this place has everything you need, we did not have to bring anything, but we did (we always do) but here---everything is there for you to use. The owner thought of every detail! Sauna was "the bum" we all lived it, pool table, and ping-pong table - awesome!!!! I would recommend this house to everyone who asking in a hard beat! I am planning to go again, if not winter, summer for sure! If anyone thinking of renting this house- don't think -- DO IT! You will not be sorry!

vacation rental
I loved all about the home except the fourth bedroom has a really old sofa bed that is not very comfortable. the fourth bedroom should be updated to include a full sized or queen bed. i felt so bad about the fourth bed room that i wouldn't let any of my friends occupy that room and since i was the one who booked it, i volunteered to take that room. besides that, the home is clean and we had a great time. there are a lot of deer in the winter which was nice.

Great party house!
We went there for my friend's 30th birthday party. All of us were pleasantly surprised with the amenities: ping pong, pool, sauna, karaoke! The dining table was quite large - 11 of us sat comfortably. They also have 2 fold out tables on the screened porch, which you can use for bigger groups. If you need extra sleeping space there is couch downstairs in the game room, couch in the living room and space in the master bedroom for 1 queen air mattress. I'd say this house can easily sleep 16. Kitchen was well equipped. We had everything that we needed. There were towels and toiletries in the bathrooms, but I'd recommend that you bring extra toilet paper as well as paper towels and trash bags. Also there was no wood for the fireplace. Their grill looks like propane one, but it's actually charcoal! Bring charcoal! In general it's a GREAT house to have fun. Sauna relaxation, karaoke yelling, ping pong and pool tournaments, darts, and extra activities (like getting wood for the fireplace) for losers :). Highly recommend this house!!! It's clean, well equipped and the sauna is indeed priceless!!! We did not want to leave. Oh, and the check in (3pm) and check out time (7pm) is a perfect deal!!! Hiking and horseback riding is approximately 40 min drive.

Excellent party and clean house
I with 10 my friends stayed in the house and they were shocked how such as beautiful house with all dishes, silverware and what is necessary can be rented for such low price. We played the billiard and ping-pong, used the sauna throughout the day and enjoyed the house cleanness and preparedness for guests. Luckily we were the very first people who operated the grill for the first time. My friends and i walked out to see beautiful places around, took a lot of pictures. I would recommend this house to anyone.

The Yellow House on Penn Court
We used this beautiful retreat as a nice long weekend getaway. It was a more relaxed bachelor party for 8. Non-typical to the insaneness of a "Big-City" bash. All of us slept comfortably and we were suprised with the nice ammenities that came with the house. The game room in the basement sells itself. Walking distance to a very beautiful lake and only minutes away from historic Milford and the tranquil Delaware River. We would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful Vacation
The house comfortably accomodated the whole group which was consisted of 8 people. There were enough room for everyone to be comfortable and relaxed. Our expectations were all mat. All listed description regarding the location, layout and amenities were accurate. The property was cleaned and well-maintained. The owners of the rental house were very nice and helpful, they were willing to answer any question. I liked Contemporary Escape Vacation House very much. Me and my friends had a great time. I am strongly recommend this property for the vacation. We will definitely rent this house again.
