O De Luna # 27 é perfeito para famílias e velejadores, oferecendo as águas calmas de Santa Rosa Sound e a praia de som particular como pano de fundo. Os dois quartos / 2. 5 banho de condomínio dorme seis, com uma cama king size no mestre e uma cama e beliches duplos no quarto de hóspedes. Mestre banho tem um pé-no chuveiro, banho de hóspedes tem chuveiro / banheira. A cozinha possui utensílios de aço inoxidável e balcões de granito.

No final de um dia banhado de sol na praia, há entretenimento para todos com TVs de tela plana em todos os quartos. O proprietário forneceu cuidadosamente uma churrasqueira a carvão, prancha de paddle, duas bicicletas de praia Huffy (um menino, uma menina, cadeiras de praia, um guarda-chuva e um carrinho de praia na área de armazenamento bloqueada abaixo. Best vacation ever!

This place checked all our boxes! Beautiful, clean, pet friendly and the best location. My favorite day was when my daughter and I rode the bikes to town for shopping and snocones. It was her dogs first time to the beach. The water was so clear. Loved it all.

2024 Pensacola Visit

Everything was great except for the spiral staircase. It needed carpet on the stairs. I was a little nervous and our dog kept slipping. Love the location and easy access to the bay

New Kitchen looks great, which we loved. We had a small glitch when we arrived with the cleaning, some things were overlooked. Staff, afterhours and office, were kind and helpful to get it resolved.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The Bay is just steps away right outside your door. We walked along the water frequently collecting shells and watching the jets. The Gulf is a quick walk right across the street on the other side which was so incredibly convenient. If you have littles, there is a small Pirate themed playground just a few minutes walk up the Bay side. There are amazing restaurants on the boardwalk just a short drive up the road. I liked how far away the property was from most of the “activity,” but it was still incredibly convenient. Definitely will consider staying here again.

Perfect Week of Sun and Fun

The condo had a few minor issues which Paradise is handling, but overall it is a fabulous townhouse, in a remarkable location and we will return.

This was spring break for us and four graduating teens. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Beautiful home and listening was accurately described. Perfect location for us, just before Ft.Pickens so it was in a quiet area. We were only 5 minutes from Pensacola Beach, boardwalk and fun. Loved that we were on the bay and beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. Doggie beach is right thwre as well as we did bring out family pet. Communication, check in and out were all easy. Would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 2 units for family to attend a graduation and we had so much fun. At San De Luna you get the best of the beach and the bay. My only complaint was that I had to vacuum when we got there because the living room rug was covered in dog hair and there were fur balls on the floor. Maybe they just forgot to vacuum. Other than that, everything else was very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was amazing, the condo and location couldn’t have been more perfect! The bay is just steps away and the calm water was perfect for my 15yr old dog. The beach is also extremely close, right across the street and we basically had it to ourselves; beautiful and relaxing for my boyfriend and I to spend some time alone. We had planned on going out a couple nights and ended up enjoying ourselves so much where we were we just stayed in, cooked and took in the view of the bay and the sunset from our balcony. Thank you for the perfect vacation! The people at the rental office were also very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back and hopefully in the same unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at this location every summer. This year we had to leave early due to a EF-1 tornado. The condo was damaged water on the second floor, no power and our vehicle was damaged. We had our dogs with us so we chose to leave instead of moving to a hotel. We also needed to leave so we could get our vehicle repaired. We will stay here again next year, if all the damage to this building is repaired.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented this particular unit several times and it never disappoints. Great location, great amenities, and love that paradise beach homes provides the basic essentials like dish soap, dishwasher pods, TP, and paper towels. This year we noticed some of the paint was peeling off the kitchen cabinets and had been attempted to be repaired with duct tape. Might need to redo those sometime soon. Of note, this unit does have both a K-cup and normal coffee maker. We will be back!

Almost perfect paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I (plus our pups) really enjoyed this rental. It was fully stocked with towels and kitchen items and the view was amazing especially sunset. My only complaint is that there was construction going on right out our front door from sunup to sundown. It wasn’t too big of a deal since we were gone most of the day but it’s still something that should be disclosed prior to booking. There also weren’t any tissues in the unit-plenty of TP though which was appreciated! Overall this place is great and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Nice townhouse

The bay was a relaxing place so close by, and the short walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. Having the dog beach right there was a bonus. Thanks for being a pet friendly rental so the little pup could come along. Plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen. Bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but the kids reported the bunk bed was a bit squeaky. The spiral staircase wasn't one of those narrow ones, so it was fine to go up and down, even with luggage. We tried the paddleboard once, and it was fun, especially since you could see the bottom if you didn't go too far out. Management company was prompt to respond when we had one issue come up after a rain storm came through.

Truly Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at this location and it won’t be our last. The check in and out process was quick and easy. The staff was always very helpful and nice when I interacted with them from booking to checking out. Property was in a great location and we loved having the bay just steps away from our back door. It was decorated nicely and felt very much like home. We had a toddler with us so the staircase was a little stressful but I knew about it before arriving and we made it work just fine.
