Maravilla é um condomínio fechado de 33,7 hectares localizado do outro lado da rua, a partir de seus dois acres e meio de praia intocada e de ação. Maravilla é um resort maravilhoso com hóspedes que retornam ano após ano.  Com jardins para famílias e férias em Destin que não custam muito, os hóspedes adoram a localização conveniente (a meio caminho entre Destin Commons e Silver Sands Outlet) com um ponto de acesso a partir do HWY 98 e da Scenic Gulf Drive.

Este condomínio de dois quartos está localizado no primeiro andar do Edifício 2! Esta unidade é quase diretamente em frente à entrada da praia e incrivelmente conveniente. Esta é uma das nossas muitas unidades de quarto Maravilla 2, verifique nossas outras listas no VRBO e Homeaway para outras opções. Great Location & Spotless
Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was incomparable, the beach access was so convenient and on the first floor! Host was responsive. Walking distance to Pompano Joe’s as well. Beach chair/umbrella guys were attentive and organized, deserving of a good tip. Wonderful stay & will most definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing! Being so close to the walk path to the beach was great. The condo was modern and updated. It felt like home for a week! We loved our time here and will definitely book again! We only stay at Maravilla and this is one our favorites.

Perfect location
The location is perfect for access to the pool and beach. Literally wake up and walk across the street to the beach with your coffee and enjoy the view. The place is comfortable for 4. The 2nd bedroom is small but there is plenty of drawer space throughout the condo. The beach service those guys were on it. Not sure why people complain about the horseshoe set up. It is nice to have the open area to feel private with other Maravilla guests and you can move your chairs. Honestly was not disappointed in anyway. The staff assisting me with the rental was quick to respond with any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

Location is excellent. Great beach access.
We stayed a full week. The location was perfect. The upstairs neighbors opening the sliding door sounded like thunder, but once we knew what it was it didn’t bother us. Everything worked well. We discovered using warm or cold water in the washing machine worked better and filled the washer tub better but the laundry worked great. Parking is not reserved but we rarely had trouble finding a spot that wasn’t right in front the room. Finishing are beautiful. It was very welcoming and well kept. I would definitely stay again.

Great rental!! Perfect location for getting to the grocery store, shopping, and of course the beach. Clean property, had everything we needed. Will save this rental for future vacations!

Clean, updated and close walk to beach
The condo was very well maintained. Spacious and updated. It was nice to bring our dog. The grassy area out the back patio was nice. The only thing I was disappointed with was the beach service. The way they set up the chairs and umbrellas are in a “U” pattern and that puts you looking at people and not close to the water. Your view is obstructed. My husband had to be down to the beach around 6:30am just to get chairs close to the water and that process took over an hour. We’ve stayed at other resorts and all the chairs are lined up in a row on the edge of the beach facing water with unobstructed views and your chairs are the same every day with your name on it. Don’t have to get up at 6am on vacation to reserve. I know that had nothing to do with the condo but for people that like to look at the water instead of other people and their things, just a heads up.

Vacation get away.
Very clean and comfortable property. Great access to the beach . Queen bedroom is tight . Plenty of storage outside of room. Master bedroom good size . We really enjoyed our stay. That’s for being pet friendly. Our pets enjoyed it too. Owners are easily reached.

Great spring break!
This unit was literally steps away from the beach, and was great coming and going with us being on the ground level. The inside was nice with all the usual amenities. Master bedroom was spacious and had a great view. Second bedroom was small with little walkways on either side of the bed, would be good for small kids. Overall I would highly recommend this unit!

Great Place and a Great Time
We, my son and I, were able to bring our four legged family members with us thanks to the host of this beautiful property. Everything was clean and perfect. Linens and towels were provided as well as everything you need in the kitchen. Communication was always available between us and the host and they made sure we did not need anything, and if we did they said they would take care of it for us. They were also very responsive, no waiting around to hear back from them. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. I can not wait to come back!

We had a great time during our stay! We spend a lot of the time at the beach. We loved that we were so close to be able to walk back at anytime to grab things from the condo. The condo was very clean inside and out. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for my husband, daughter, son n law and my daughters fur baby. The community was very pet and family oriented. The beach was just right across the street. The condo was also in walking distance of several restaurants.

Beautiful vacay!
This was our second stay at the Maravilla condos. We arrived and the condo was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The pool was mere steps from the unit and the beach path was just across the street. We loved every moment and hope to return next summer! We also brought our fur baby and we were very pleased that everyone else picked up after their pets as well.

What a vacation!
We really enjoyed this condo and being on the main floor. Easy to walk our dog - close to walking/biking path, the pool, and beach access. It was also quiet! And the curtains made it easy to block the light when we wanted to sleep in. I had to email the manager twice about 2 small issues, and I received quick responses. I would definitely recommend this condo and would reserve again.

Family Fun
The condo was more than enough space, very clean and cozy. Perfect spot to sit out and people watch, near pool and like 20 steps from the entrance to the beach. Loved this was pet friendly, just wish the pet friendly extended to the beach. But that isn’t the condo owners fault. Will most definitely try to book again next year but hoped for 2 weeks this time.

Good place to stay
Good place to stay if you want to bring your dog. Couldn’t be closer to beach walkover. Outside, it was quite busy but inside the condo was quiet. We didn’t hear other dog’s barking, traffic noise or people going to and from the beach inside this condo. We did hear above us what sounded like moving furniture. I gave 5 stars because it was what I expected it to be. I think it needs a thorough cleaning of floors, bathrooms, patio and sofa. We mopped and put a blanket on the sofa. There probably isn’t enough time for the deep cleaning needed when housekeeping has such a small window of time for basics before next guests arrive. That being said, I would choose this property again for it being dog-friendly and the convenience of being on the first floor.

Decent choice
We thought the location was good. We were looking for a social distanced spring break condo get away. We had to bring our dog so needed a pet friendly choice. This condo was ok location wise. Only one pool was heated and unfortunately it was not the one right outside our door. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, but so much so that there was absolutely no room to put food in cabinets. The fridge was pretty small too. Only one person in the kitchen at a time. A lot in a small space. We had to leave it all on the bar. We cooked instead of dining out most of the time so this was kind of a pain. The dryer did not work. I had to run it 3-4 times to dry each load. That was frustrating. I did not call the owner for that since we really didn’t have urgency. The kids room bed was pretty uncomfortable and not super sturdy. Our master was in need of a new mattress. It was not very firm. The condo could use some updated decor and a coat of paint. The showers were both in need of updates and the front bath didn’t even have a decent shower head. We all just used the master. We have stayed in nicer ones for the price, but it was good enough to get away for a bit. If you are looking for posh this probably is not it. The beach chairs were a nice bonus, but it was a bit on the chilly side so we stayed by the heated pool mostly.
