This 6 bedroom/ 4.5 bathroom can accommodate 17 people and up to 21 people comfortably and has a PRIVATE Hot tub. The National Park Suite has a king bed as comfortable as the clouds on the mountain tops with a 43" HD SHARP Roku TV, a private patio, and a private bathroom. Set sail in the Lake House Suite and study the maps of our state's amazing lakes with a queen bed to rest your noggins after a long day of exploring. Wake up to your favorite brewed coffee and breathe in the crisp morning air with uninterrupted mountain views on your own private balcony in the Southwest Suite furnished with a queen bed, 32" HD SHARP Roku TV, and private bathroom. Lull yourself to sleep in the Farmland Suite where you can almost smell the sweet and subtle perfume of lavender fields with a king bed, 43" HD SHARP Roku TV, a private balcony that seats four and equipped with a foosball table, as well as a private bathroom. The Ski Suite will have you wanting to race down slopes with the winter-inspired design furnished with two triple twin bunk beds for the kiddos! Sleep in simplicity and comfort in the Pioneer Suite with a queen bed, 43" HD SHARP Roku TV, and private sink to the main upstairs bathroom.

Have a family tournament on the foosball table or air hockey, battle each other on the X-Box, have a game night, or cozy up with a good book; whatever you decide to do, you will have a blast at The Best of Utah!

Located in the brand new Zion Village Resort in Hurricane, this townhome has quick access to grocery shopping, restaurants, museums, emergency clinics, and is only 25 minutes from Zion National Park! Dine in at Lonny Boy's BBQ, let the kids run around at one of the local parks, and even go view a new release at the movie theater!

To clue you in...
Nice place to stay for family gatherings. The place has only 2 king beds despite the listing saying 3 and it had several stains on the couch cushions but other than that it was great. There are several floor cushions in the closets for sleeping on. The pool towels are in the laundry room (it took us a while to find them). The pool and gym are at the clubhouse down the street, as well as a lazy river (with no floaty tubes to ride on; there are pool noodles in the garage). The clubhouse is where the gas fire pitts are as well.

Perfect family getaway!
Great space for large groups! We loved all the different things to do at the house (hot tub, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, game systems, etc). It was a cooler weekend so we spent more time in the house than planned and it worked out great! The owners/management were great to work with and resolved issues very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay/ Thanks to cool weather
We had 9 adults and 2 children under 2. There was plenty of room to socialize and be together or apart. This trip was good until the huge rain storm came to St. George/Hurricane Ut. Just like you can not predict the weather nor can you predict when a A/C condenser will go out. Grateful for the cooler than normal weather in southern Utah all was good. Shout out to Mark the owner who got his handyman out the next morning and tried his best to get it to work but no success. Mark offered to get us another fan to help pull air down to the comin area. We really liked the area and would choose this place again. The Burnett Family

Great layout and perfect location
The house was very clean and organized. It had all the necessities. Hot tub was perfect. Great location. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor really helped distribute the people so we never felt on top of each other. One of the days we got rain and there was plenty of things to do in the house. Like Ping-Pong, Foosball, Air hockey, cards. Close to Zion park and a lot of other sight seeing. Close to restaurants as well. Mark was very accommodating and nice to work with. Would stay again!

A great place to make memories!
We stayed at this property in predation for our destination wedding in Zion and bachelorette week. All of my friends and family stated that they were so impressed with the size of the rooms- bigger than the photos! We were thankful for the hot tub since the pool was extremely crowed. Mark was so easy to work with and we are thankful for a great time. We would definitely choose to stay again!

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay! The home was so welcoming and comfortable for our entire family. The kitchen had great supplies for cooking. The location was perfect to visit Zion and Quail Creek State Park. The clubhouse and pool were also phenomenal. Thanks for helping our family make great memories!

Beautiful home and great host
The home was lovely, but the beds were layered out different from the pictures in the ad and we ended up renting a hotel room for one family. The only complaint we had was the pool is completely unsupervised by parents and very dangerous. We complained in the pool office and were told that they indeed do not have rules for pool use.

Perfect home for family reunion!
We stayed at this home with our extended family. We had 18 people total. Eight adults and ten children. The home fit all our needs and was very comfortable for everyone. I would definitely stay here again! The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen especially for large groups. The clubhouse was a real bonus! Best VRBO property we have ever stayed at. Highly recommended 😊

Great place for large family
This place was great for our large family trip. 16 of us stayed here on part of our road trip this summer and everyone loves it. Lots of places to sleep and restrooms for everyone to use. The kids loved having access to the pool. Really close to Zion National park and having a Walmart 5 minutes nearby made it easy to pick food and anything we needed. That said the house was well stocked with everything you need, pots, pans, bowls, plates, ppl towels and everything in between.

Hurricane Retreat
Our family spent several days exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon & wanted a little relaxation before flying out of Las Vegas. This is actually the second time we've booked this condo. It's incredibly spacious and well-stocked. The shared pool & facilities are excellent. Great for a large group. We'll be back again.

Perfect for families
It was great to have 3 families all together. A few minor things like broken stool. Had to call for hand soap, dish pods, paper towels etc. Someone needs to go through inventory of cooking supplies. Glasses etc. They don't match. Ping pong paddle broken We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Place was great. Horribly misrepresented
The property pictured depicts a private hot tub and pool and sleeps 21. One would think that the picture posted would be the one you are renting. It is not. Dirty filters sitting in closets. Grill was inoperable until we fixed it ourselves. Huge crack accross main window in dining room. Dishwasher was inooperable and the manager/owner, without our input, sent over a repair person unannounced and ruined our family breakfast that was soon ruined further by a property manager also showing up to add to the distraction. It does not sleep 21 people. Half of the beds are child sized and very unsafe and rickety. All of the mattresses were substandard and painful to sleep in. There are a max of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom....even for a large group staying a week. There are notes and messages posted over the entire house to let you know of the miriad of ways they may charge you extra fees. There are multiple signs pisted stating that max occupancy for this structure is ten persons! Drywall in state of half-repair. This grossly blatant misrepresented property makes me want to find another company to rent from. Horrible communication from manager/owner and was blatantly lied to about available parking. This whole area is under ongoing construction.

We will be back
We had a few issue of cleanliness when we first arrived but as soon as we reach out to the property manager he offer to send someone out to cleanup the mess. Although we end up doing it ourself. His was fast response and offer to take care of the issue was satisfactory. We would be happy to come back and would referral our friends.

Family reunion
Very large condo, great pool. It was perfect for our family reunion. A few suggestions: • provide toilet paper! (there was only one partially used roll in each bathroom) • provide paper towels (all other VRBO's we've stayed at did) • make sure BBQ is clean and in working order • check batteries in TV remotes (most of them did not work) • main floor master suite is significantly warmer than rest of the house (provide fan or adjust AC)

This house exceeded our expectations
We stayed in this house with 4 families. The house was large enough to fit us all, we never felt cramped. It was very kid friendly. The pool was very helpful as a filler for the other activities we were doing. We found it to be close to a ton of activities and the drive to Zion was a breeze. We will definitely be back!
