The backyard also boasts a large covered patio with new concrete and an oversized spa with a cascading waterfall, perfect for relaxation. As you step inside Residencia Palmeras, you’re welcomed by an open and airy floor plan that combines luxury and comfort. The home features soaring 14-foot ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and frame stunning views of the 12th fairway.

The heart of the home is the massive kitchen, designed to be both functional and inviting. It boasts granite counters, a large two-tiered island with bar seating, and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen opens seamlessly into the family room, making it perfect for entertaining and family gatherings.

The villa offers three spacious bedrooms and a den/office that can serve as a fourth bedroom, providing flexibility for your needs. The primary suite is a retreat of its own, with a walk-in closet and a luxurious primary bath featuring a double sink, privacy toilet, and a separate bathtub and shower.

The home also includes a detached casita with a private bath, ideal for guests or as a private space for work or relaxation.

Guest Access:
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:
You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival and we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do.

We encourage guests to text us by phone or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room 65' HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

Private Pool: Please keep in mind the pool is not gated.

Quiet Hours: 9am-9pm (No loud screaming, yelling, amplified music)

To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd, and take a right to enter the gate. Give them your name and the property address.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.


The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing and will issue hefty fines and a citation that the guest will be responsible to pay.

The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use.
