Villa Villekulla é uma jóia fabulosa de aluguel em uma rua tranquila e agradável.

Estamos muito animados para compartilhar fotos atualizadas da nova sala de jantar e do deck traseiro. Adicionamos uma sala de jantar adicional (dobrando o espaço da sala) e expandimos um quarto e dobramos a área do deck para oferecer ainda mais espaço neste ótimo aluguel para famílias.

Com novo piso de madeira e tinta através Villa Villekulla nunca olhou melhor! Estamos muito animados com a nova reforma e gostaríamos que você passasse a semana de verão conosco!

Este duplex de nível inferior é um aluguel familiar maravilhoso e aconchegante e nunca foi tão bonito! Com um interior luminoso, bancadas em granito, piso de madeira, além de um deck traseiro sombreado e um ótimo quintal ... é um dos aluguéis de família mais agradáveis da cidade.

Todos os quartos têm piso de madeira nova e há uma televisão em todos os quartos, bem como na sala da família. O acesso Wi-Fi também está disponível.

Localizada numa rua tranquila, a Villa Villekulla é uma ótima família para alugar. Apenas a três quadras e meia da praia, a uma quadra e meia do centro de Bethany Beach. É um passeio fácil, pule nos 0,25 centavos. carrinho que pára mesmo em frente à casa ou agarra o vagão Villa Villekulla para os mais pequenos (ou leva as compras para casa!) A biblioteca recém-expandida fica ao virar da esquina e tem ótimas horas de história e atividades, e um ótimo playground está a um quarteirão de distância.

Passe seus dias na praia e suas noites andando no calçadão, empinando pipa ou fazendo compras em uma das muitas lojas. Quer sair para jantar? Não há necessidade de entrar no seu carro, pois Bethany tem vários restaurantes, incluindo Mango's, Patsy's, Bethany Blues, Pie e o novo Ropewalk and Hideaway. Se procura entretenimento nocturno, Dewey, Rehobeth Beach e Ocean City ficam a poucos minutos. As lojas outlet (isentas de impostos) ficam a poucos minutos em Rehobeth.

Nice Stay
We had a nice stay. It was very clean and nice temperature throughout. Location was great being a short walk to town and library. It wasn't obvious on the site that there were no linens on the beds and no bathroom towels. We had to go out of the way to get them. Also a big disappointment was there was no tub in one of the bathrooms like it shows in the picture. We took this into consideration when booking because we have a small child who takes baths. I wish I was notified of this when the change was done.

Mid AUGUST week long stay
Very comfortable, lovely home! Loved the large outdoor shower, outdoor seating for dining and playing games! Owners were very responsive to an issue we had! I would stay again and would recommend highly! Great Location!!!!

Amazing Stay!
We have stayed in Bethany for more than 10 years and this is our favorite vacation house so far! Hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location is so convenient and the home was perfect for our group of 6 - plenty of space and the outdoor area was an added bonus! We loved sharing meals and playing games in the bright and roomy dining area too!

Great place for our family of six
We loved the house and the location. Easy walk to the beach / town center but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The setup in the house was great, with plenty of space to sleep, cook, dine and relax indoors or out. Owners were helpful when we had questions. We appreciated the beach chairs, cart, and umbrellas. Renters: be sure to bring dishwasher detergent; it's not provided.

Best location
The location is awesome. Short walk or drive to the boardwalk. House is wonderful and great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Close to grocery stores and produce stands to pick up all you need to make a meal. Also a great location if you’re wanting to take a day trip to either Ocean City or Rehoboth Beach. We can’t wait to rebook!

Wonderful vacation home
Very nice updated house, everything was clean and the kitchen pretty much had everything you could possibly need for cooking. Very close to the beach, we drove the 3 minutes to get there because we had lots of stuff but easily walkable in 10-15 minutes. The owner answered very quickly when we had a few questions, my only complaint was it stated there was a tub/shower combo but it only had showers. We managed just fine though but mentioned changing it in the description.

Bethany Beach Vacation
We had such an amazing week!! This house was absolutely amazing and had everything you could possibly need. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Andrea and Jerry were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The location was great. Close enough to beach to walk, bike or even drive if needed to transport all your beach stuff. Parking was never an issue for beach access for us but could have been the week we went also. The town of Bethany uses ParkMobile and rates are $3/hr. But one of the biggest bonuses for this house is the Trolley will pick you up right in front of the house and take you to the boardwalk within minutes. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Bethany!!

Great Stay in Bethany Beach
Wonderful stay at Andrea and Jerry's! The house is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable week at the beach! We loved the neighborhood and the easy walk into town. We also caught the trolley which goes right by. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and look fantastic, but one note is that there is no longer a tub! Luckily our 4 year old loved the outdoor shower, as well as playing in the fenced in yard! We would definitely love to return here in the future. :)

Lovely home near the beach
We had a great vacation here. The property was clean and well appointed. Outdoor shower was terrific. Smart TVs in every room were a hit with our teenagers. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Summer vacation
This house was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. Having 2 full nice bathrooms is a plus. The large back porch was nice to sit after a day at the beach along with the front porch for morning coffee. The location was close enough to the beach to walk. Overall it was a great family vacation.

Clean and Convenient
This property was perfect for our family! It was clean, well stocked and easy to access/communicate with owner. It was a convenient walk to the Bethany Boardwalk and beach. We will definitely rebook in the future.

We love this property so much we immediately booked it for next year.
Clean and comfortable! Close enough to walk to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and absolutely wonderful hosts. As much as I would recommend this property I selfishly want to keep it to myself 😄

Best Location Ever
We've been coming to Bethany for 15 years and stayed all over. This was by far the best location we have ever had. Walking distance to the beach, downtown Bethany, and up 26 to some of our favorite restaurants made it so enjoyable and easy. Plus the trolley comes right by in case you want to jump on. We also loved how nice and clean the house is. Overall a great vacation!

Summer 2022
My family and I loved staying here! The house was clean and inviting. Truly felt we were at home. Andrea and Jerry were super helpful and accommodating. They are so sweet. My girls loved the games they had provided (which now are on their Xmas list) and running around the backyard. My mom, husband and I loved being able to relax while our girls played knowing they were safe in the fenced in yard. We also loved the short walk into town/boardwalk and the drive to the beach. We loved it so much, we booked for next year on our second day! Thank you again! Can’t wait for next year!

Family/friends beach trip

Absolutely perfect home
We absolutely loved staying here and Andrea was super responsive. This home is immaculate and absolutely the best place we’ve stayed it. It’s a short walk to the beach. Even restaurants! The outside shower is phenomenal on hot days when you come back from the beach. The house is spacious and feels like a home away from home. We plan to return next summer!

We love the beach house, our kids grew up here (starting when they were 3, 5 and 7) and now come back to visit as adults. We spend our summers quietly in the upper unit and are available for any questions you might have. Leo (our lovable dopey rescue pup) is the house mascot and stays with us upstairs...it is truly our home away from home!

Collins is just a few blocks from the hustle of the boardwalk but is a nice quiet shady street. The best of both worlds!
