We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this apartment to 20 meters of the Big Beach, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², open kitchenette equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom (with bath).

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV and sofa.
- An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine, and many accessories
- A bedroom with a pull-out bed (2x80 cm)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony-terrac, facing South-East, with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo. You will be close to all the essential stores but also stores, restaurants, bars, market ... The apartment is 20 m from the center with shops and restaurants, 20 meters from the beach clubs, 500 meters from the sailing school and 1.5 km from the deep water port accessible by foot by a walk along the sea.
