Casa de férias grande, localizada em um local seguro e orientado para a família. A poucos passos de uma praia ampla e grátis. Fogos de artifício, bolo de funil e diversões esperam por você neste verão. Sente-se no nosso deck e assista ao pôr do sol. Podemos acomodar até 10 pessoas e estacionar até 3 veículos em nossa garagem e garagem. Estamos a 45 minutos de Atlantic City.

Juntamente com as cadeiras de praia, incluímos dois carros de utilidade para usar. Os carrinhos têm pneus infláveis, para que não afundem na areia quando você os carrega com refrigeradores, cadeiras, brinquedos, cobertores, etc. para levar para a praia. Os carros se movem facilmente sobre a areia.

Somente famílias. Não alugamos para bailes de formatura ou eventos do ensino médio.

Nós adicionamos chapéus de coco de espuma de memória para todas as camas. Além disso, removemos todo o tapete e substituímos essas áreas por um laminado muito agradável. Substituímos e compramos móveis novos na sala de estar. Nosso condomínio é muito limpo. É limpo antes da chegada de cada novo conjunto de convidados. Há uma despensa com chave na garagem. Week at the beaxh

Despite the proximity to the boardwalk it is a very quiet area. Clean house, as advertised. Some confusion as the listing states towels are provided. Didn’t see until after we arrived all the way at the bottom of the listing it states towels are not included. Not a big deal, just be aware of this.

Fourth July stay

We had a lovely stay over the 4th July weekend. The double garage off the street is fantastic, the beach chairs and beach wagon were a great add. The apartment was well set up, beds were super comfy and everything was very clean.

We had a great week in Wildwood. The unit was exactly as advertised - and actually looks even better than the pics in person. Super clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - just a few steps from the boardwalk at Morey’s piers. Thank you!

Amazing location!

This condo was perfect for our getaway. We were 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The condo was spacious. The only thing I would recommend is adding two lounge chairs to the big deck. The deck was perfect and large enough to layout. The breeze off the ocean was spectacular. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

The property owner and property manager were very helpful and always available for any questions we may have had. Beautiful property a block and a half from the boardwalk/beach. House was very clean and plenty of space. Would definitely stay again!

Girls weekend

We had a lovely girls weekend. There were 8 of us. The house sleeps 6 but with the sofa bed or roll out cots it sleeps 8. The property is adorable with many beach touches. The location cannot be beat. You are right in the middle of Wildwood.

Lovely Condo and Best Location

Condo was very clean, bedrooms were large with comfortable mattresses. Plenty of room for the entire family. Loved the deck and ocean view. Perfect location. Would definitely rent again. Property Manager was wonderful, very friendly.

Great Summer Rental

Excellent from start to finish

Highly recommend this spacious condo. Right in the heart of Wildwood, very close to the boardwalk and great restaurants. We had everything we needed. Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful place and owner and property manager were great. Thank you for a great week!

Labor Day weekend

Always love to stay here for Labor Day. Best way to end summer! Block from the boardwalk. So convenient that I can just hit the beach, shower, and then hit the rest of wildwood/cape may. Will be coming back for sure. It’s already my second time staying here.

Excellent experience! Clean, perfect!

The experience was excellent!! We came down and stayed here for the weekend because we were competing in the Escape The Cape Triathlon. The host was even so nice to let us come back and use the shower after check out time after our race. So accommodating, great communication, clean property, and very easy process! Already booked for next year!

Nice condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean The street was dirty and very noisy The neighbors across the street blasted music all day Saturday. We only stayed one night so I didn’t appreciate paying a weeks worth of the cleaning fee for such a short stay

Exceeded Our Expectations!

We could not have been happier with the condo! It was perfect for our family. Not only was it a block from the boardwalk, everything we needed was a short walk from our place. Best of all - the place was immaculate. The deck was huge and the garage was nice to have instead of having to park in the street. Gerry was such a pleasure to work with as well as the owner Carol. Top notch! Looking forward to staying there again next year. Thanks again for the lovely accommodations! Roxanne

Perfect!

We were a two family party with a variety of age-ranges of children. The location was perfect, just a block from the beach and boardwalk, 2 blocks from the Wildwoods sign. We watched the fireworks from the patio. The kitchen was stocked with cooking needs and the washer/dryer was a fabulous perk--as were the beach wagons which came in handy with all the baggage having a 2yr old entails. We will definitely be utilizing home away for our next trip, much more cost-effective than a hotel. Thanks so much for letting us use your home!

We have been staying at Carol's condo for the past three years for our beach blast tournament and it keeps getting better and better! They continue to make improvements on the property each year. When we encountered a little problem, Carol was very quick to take care of it! We are hoping to continue to renting this place. Thanks you!

Beautiful and clean!

My son and I just got back from our weekend staying in this house and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The pictures don't do this place justice. It's clean and cozy and I can't wait to go back. All of the beds have memory foam toppers so they are very comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are very clean, you can tell the owners take great pride in their home. Carol is very nice and even called me at 8:00 on a Saturday night to try to help me figure out the DVD player! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great house just a few steps from the boardwalk. You can't go wrong here!

Lovely Stay

The property was the perfect size for our family of four which included two kids. The house was very clean and seemed to have new furnishings. It was so nice to be in a home that is obviously very well taken care of! Sleeping was great, very comfortable mattress and pillows. There were extra blankets if needed. There were also extra rollaway beds in each closet for additional guests. I thought that was great. The kitchen was very clean and a good size for us to cook meals. There were plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, hand towels, etc. There were no spices, oils, etc., so renters should bring their own food and spices like salt and pepper. The house is on a third floor walk-up which wasn't a big deal for us but something to keep in mind for older folk with mobility issues. There is a patio right outside the living room that had a big table with plenty of chairs for sitting outside. The house also has three parking spots! This was great because we had a friend visit us briefly and had a place to park. The house is only a block from the boardwalk! This was great because we didn't have to walk far for the boardwalk. This is a huge plus. The property manager contacted us before we arrived and met us at the house to show us around. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wildwood.

Ken and I both grew up in Bucks County, PA. We still live and work in Bucks County, Pa. We appreciate how hard everyone works for their money, so when we're lucky enough to have guests choose our condo to spend their vacation or a few days of time off, we do our very best to make the condo comfortable, attractive and safe.

Por que motivo escolheu este alojamento?

As teenagers we spent many summers in Wildwood. When we had children, we took them every summer to Wildwood. Now we're grandparents and bring our grandchildren every summer to the same boardwalk and beach. They love it! What's not to love about Wildwood?? We chose Wildwood to purchase our condo because of the great memories we had growing up. There are other beach towns closer to where we live but we're so fond of Wildwood, that the drive is worth it.

Quais são os elementos especiais deste alojamento?

We particularly like the location of our condo. It's very close to the boardwalk, amusements and beach. That was something that we took into consideration, since we knew we would be spending time with the grandkids. No beach tags, either. It's a free beach. It's close enough to the boardwalk yet you can't hear the rides and crowds. Additionally, there is plenty of parking. We have a large family so when we all get together, we never worry about having to pay for parking in remote lots. We sit on the deck and it's quiet and peaceful, especially in the morning before Wildwood wakes up.
