A fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher...) open to a living room with a sofa bed, a television area, all opening onto a furnished terrace with sea view.
An air-conditioned double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a balcony with sea view, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.

A garage is available for you in the residence.
