Summary:
La Puerta Rosada is a newly renovated island home with a private pool nestled within old town Port Aransas. This cozy gem is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and other fun Port Aransas activities.

The open floor plan allows for your group to watch the flat screen tv from the living area, kitchen, or dining space. Enjoy views of the outdoor pool from here as well through full light patio doors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook your favorite meal.

The Space:
La Puerto Rosada is a newly renovated island home with a private pool nestled within old town Port Aransas. This cozy gem is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and other fun Port Aransas activities.

The open floor plan allows for your group to watch the flat screen tv from the living area, kitchen, or dining space. Enjoy views of the outdoor pool from here as well through full light patio doors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook your favorite meal. There is seating for 6 at the dining table which overlooks the beautiful outside area.

You'll find a bedroom on the 1st level with a queen bed, flat screen tv, and en suite tiled shower. There is a conveniently located half bath under the stairs for guests to use. On the second level is a second bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen tv, and en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. There are also two twin rollaway beds for additional sleeping.

Relax outdoors in one of the comfortable lounge chairs that face the gorgeous private heated swimming pool. There is a propane bbq pit for grilling up your catch of the day which you can enjoy eating together around the outdoor dining table.

Wireless internet service is also provided. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is located on the second level.

Max parking is for 3 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle. Small boats may be allowed but guests must confirm this with the property manager prior to booking. **Absolutely NO PARKING on the grass**

WINTER TEXAN RATE. November 1-March 1 at $2200 monthly + fees.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
- age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve a property.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday. Our hours in the Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are 9-6 Monday-Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday. Please get in touch with our office if you need assistance.

House was immaculately clean upon arrival. Everything inside as stated in ad. Fast internet. Comfortable beds. Washer/dryer. And great kitchen for its size (love the gas stove. Amazing pool, and that’s only point of interest. If pool was heated, would have been cherry on top. 9.5/10 M.S.

Will be back
Great place to stay, we will def be back. Property was very clean and having the pool made hot afternoons bearable. Had everything we needed and more. Nice and quiet and AC was awesome. One item of feedback would be that the sliding glass door leading to back yard and pool was really hard to ooen and close so maybe some WD 40 would help. And a small rug at front door would help for sand control. But overall its was awesome and we will def use again. Great central location as well.
