Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

No A/C or attempt to fix

I informed Vacasa the moment I walked in the unit that the A/C want working. Only for the issue to get pushed day after day with no graduation until I checked out. There was no attempt to compensate for the inconvenience or any empathy. Don't book with this unit, they will probably keep pushing the issue on every customer until the or the owners decide to fix the issue.

Great stay for a great price!

The room was exactly how it’s described. Great price for what you get honestly. There was a little closet right as you walk in full of beach gear such as kids toys, beach umbrella’s, boogie boards (the fold up beach chair is ripped on the seat) we only used the beach ball and umbrella but it was really nice to have all that stuff as an option as we had kids with us, we even left some childrens arm floats behind in the closet because we tend to just buy more every time we go out there but I was actually surprised at how much stuff was in the closet compared to the few things the description says so I think some things have possibly been left behind as people go which if so we thought that was pretty cool. The room all is small but it fit our family no problem for a comfortable 3 night stay. We had no issues getting checked in or out the lock system on the door worked great for us as well as the A/C, I saw a review regarding the A/C which made me consider booking somewhere else so to touch on that we had no problems with it at all. The only complaint I would have is the balcony is very tiny which you can see in the pictures that it’s tiny so I expected that and there clearly isn’t anything they can do about it but the balcony was a bit of a let down, we couldn’t really walk out and enjoy the view or sit a chair out there at all but besides that the place was great, the price was great and we would definitely recommend booking.

No thanks Vacasa

The room was clean and the overall location is good. We have stayed in this building before. Our previous rentals were directly through owners who were much more responsive than Vacasa. The pools and restaurant in this building sustained damages from the hurricanes in fall of 2022. We knew this from our previous stay in Feb of 23. Because this is Daytona 500 weekend, I booked this rental just 2 weeks after we left last year. Obviously things were still closed when I booked. As we got closer to this year's stay, Vacasa did not reach out to let us know things were still closed. I only knew because I asked. The other problem we had during this stay was parking. The parking garage also sustained hurricane damage and is still closed. There is a lot adjacent to the property that is permit parking only. I fortunately, no one enforced these permits. Both Saturday and Sunday nights the lot was at capacity with many people left to find somewhere else to park. There were numerous cars NOT displaying parking permits. Neither the person at the desk (I assume an employee of the property management) nor the security guard were able to remedy this situation. They said we'd have to call the towing company. Vacasa...is a 10 digit lock code really necessary? Double check your wifi and password for this property because you gave us the wrong one. The "universal" remote in this unit did not work correctly.

Beach Vibes

Overall the room was clean and comfortable, good value for the area. Came down for the Rolex24, so didn’t use the beach itself but nice touch having 2 beach chairs and boogie boards available for use. The building was a little hard to find since there was no address sign visible from the road. (It’s the building with the green lighted sign at top). My only complaint was parking. There are not enough spaces. Ended up having to park across the street by Big Tuna at the shopping center which seemed risky but the front desk assured us it was ok. Vacasa did have customer service rep available to sort out questions and they were courteous and helpful. I would stay at their properties again.

Great value!

The unit was very clean and had all the amenities you would need for a wonderful stress-free vacation. Unbeatable price! Very happy with this vacation rental.
