- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle-board.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway:  A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 7 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Great Family Getaway!

We continue to come to this property annually and have loved the condos. This condo was great, it was clean, had mostly everything we needed. The location is awesome with kids as you can just walk down to the beach. It also worked out well with three kids as there is a bunk bed in the den. Highly Recommend!

Overall a great experience. Good amount of space for our family, well stocked kitchen, and AC that worked well! King bed was a little firm for my taste, and the building outside of the unit is definitely showing its age (ie gym, pool, entrances to buildings). We had a good time!

Invermere spring break

We had a great week staying at this property. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect; close to the shops in Invermere and only a short drive to panorama resort. Would stay again!

Family Vacation

Great place and really enjoyed the area. Only issue was the elevator was broken on the first day and was not fixed until the Monday when we were leaving. Love Invermere and this place was close to everything!

Family getaway

If you enjoy spending some time at the beach, this is a great location in short walking distance to the beach. For the most part, everything was clean and orderly in the building and unit. Property manager was very responsive to us when we reached out.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Excellent location, clean, well stocked, we enjoyed the pool and amenities and very close to the beach. My only complaint would be the road noise is quite loud from the balcony but you couldn't hear it inside with the windows shut (the A/C was lovely)

The hallways, front entry, doors and elevators are very, very dirty and walls need a painting. Other than that the suite was clean, comfortable, booking was easy, check-in info spot on and help available when needed.

Nice spot

Everything was great, place was clean, awesome location, nice pool, hosts had great communication. We were just disappointed to find out the elevator wasn’t working in the building when we arrived. It was a lot of work to carry all our bags and food up 4 flights of stairs. Other than that, all good :) I would recommend.
