This 1BD/1BA newly built carriage house is centrally located in the 12th S District, within walking distance to some of the best eateries and shopping that Nashville has to offer. Downtown Nashville is only a quick Uber away, with other major attractions easily accessible. Perfect for 1-4 guests, with free off-street parking.

The Space:
THE SPACE:
BATTLEFIELD is one of our most popular and centrally located Nashville homes. It’s located in the popular 12th S District, which is a great sidewalk-community that is filled to the brim with some of the most famous restaurants and boutique shops in Nashville. The space is quaint and cozy, perfect for up to 4 people. We recently built the home with hardwood floors, upscale decor and furnishings, brand new appliances, and fixtures throughout. The open-layout of the kitchen and living area provides ample space for cooking and relaxing, with plenty of room to lounge about and catch up on your favorite shows with the Roku TV. When it comes to winding down, enjoy a perfect slumber on the lush queen-sized mattress in the bedroom or pull out the sleeper sofa for additional guests. The bathroom has everything you need, including towels and toiletries. If there’s anything you may need during your stay, please let us know and we’ll help wherever we can.

OUTSIDE:
There is a spacious patio to relax outside with chairs for your comfort. There’s also parking onsite for one vehicle, so no need to worry about excessive parking fees during your stay.

THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is stocked with everything you can possibly need for meal-prep, aside from the food. It’s a great area to start and end each day, cooking meals and catching up with your friends and family. If you need anything during your stay, we can arrange to have groceries and supplies for you ahead of your arrival, or help obtain anything during your stay.

DINING AREA:
While there is not a proper dining room table, there are two bar-stools located on the kitchen island. During the warmer days, there is a bistro table on the patio outside.

THE BEDROOMS:
-- BEDROOM # 1: The bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, with a plush mattress and high-quality linens. There is also a closet to unpack and store your luggage during your visit.

--Additional sleeping is found in the living room on the upgraded queen size sleeper sofa.

LIVING AREA: Located in the open-area, the living space is furnished with a plush loveseat, with two large chairs, and a TV equipped with streaming options to catch up on your favorite shows. The area is perfect for entertaining up to 4 people.

-- 1 BATHROOM: 1 full-bath with tiled stand up shower; located in the crook between the bathroom and kitchen area.

TVs & SOUND SYSTEM: 1 Roku TV located in the living area. No cable or antenna TV for local channels, but the TV does feature streaming options.

PARKING: There is free parking onsite, for one vehicle.

We’ve crafted our home to encourage memorable experiences during your stay, as well as to provide the perfect homebase for all your excursions in the city. Here, you’ll get the best of both worlds, with doing what the locals do, to the high-energy that gives Nashville the Music City moniker. We love our town and are happy to recommend anything to help make your stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the majority of the home, with the exception of a housekeeping closet. Other than that, you’re free to make yourselves at home wherever you’d like.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: While we do not live onsite, we are only a phone call away to help with any concerns or recommendations during your stay. We are a local, veteran-owned business, where the operators are native to Nashville. We offer a full line of concierge options, so please allow us to help you customize your stay. Our goal is to make your vacation as painless and hassle-free as possible, so let us do the legwork and you just sit back and relax.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-- No parties, excessive noise, or illegal activity of any kind.
-- Check-in is any time after 3 p.m. Check-out by 10 a.m.
-- Primary renter must be over the age of 21.
-- Maximum occupancy is never to exceed 4 people.
-- The base rate is based on 2 guests. There is an extra fee of $25 per person per night over 2 guests to a maximum of 4 and this includes children and infants. This pricing allows smaller groups and families to enjoy my home without paying the same price as larger groups.
--***ATTENTION*** Please make sure you read the house rules prior to booking, as we strictly enforce them to stay in compliance in Nashville, including mandatory taxes and damage insurance waivers.

Local Permit # - Issued Year 2017 followed by 080 then 952- this is required to legally rent in Nashville.
