The space
Enter the 3,628 square feet home from the ground level and enjoy a full bath (large shower without bath tub for easy in and out), bedroom with queen bed, dining table, full size fridge & freezer, sink, living area with pool views and access to the first level covered deck, pool, and outdoor shower! Go up one level to access three more bedrooms all with TVs in each room & direct access to porch that wraps around the house. King Master Suite with Tub and separate tiled walk in shower; Queen bedroom and Twin Singles bedroom share a spacious bathroom located off the hallway that includes a shower/tub combo. Laundry closet located on this level. Front door of home is another way to enter the home and that brings you onto this second level. Go up to another set of stairs to the third level to access the super roomy living, dining, and kitchen areas! Vaulted ceilings & another porch with outdoor furniture and grill.
700 Feet down the road and rent more water vessels of your choosing - kayaks, paddleboard, jet skis, pontoon boats, etc!!
Guest access
Everything is for your access with the exception of owners closet and garage. If you would like access to the boat lift please notify your host ASAP and additional rental arrangements will be made for you to have access to this during your reservation!

We have the best internet plan available, it's the commercial spectrum/charter plan Plus internet boosters!

The pool is heated per your request. If the use of the pool interests you please let your host know immediately when you book! There is an additional charge to have the pool heated during your stay. Keep in mind the heater helps to take the edge off but does not warm the pool like a hot tub.

Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
One bath towel and wash cloth provided per person.
There are external cameras at the property for security purposes and guest safety.
