Next door is the El Dorado Marina and boardwalk, where you'll find boat rentals, jet ski rentals, and one of Kelowna's most sought-after patio spots to dine at.

This COASTAL INSPIRED condo is conveniently featured on the best floor of the resort - the pool deck!

Enjoy all of the amenities and walk back to the condo with access through the patio.

This space boasts 2 bedrooms, one den converted to a bedroom with a desk workspace, a double pull out bed, and 2 full baths with the following layout:

BEDROOM 1:
Master bedroom with a TV, king bed, a walk-in closet, and a full ensuite bath with a tub/shower.

BEDROOM 2:
1 queen bed and TV with connecting closet to the main bath.

BEDROOM 3:
1 twin bed and a desk workspace (note this is a converted den).

*NOTE: pull out sofa bed is too small for two adults. We recommend only children share it or one adult.

MAIN LIVING AREA:
Dining area with seating for 6
and a sit-at bar with seating for 2.
Double pull out couch.
Wide screen TV with Netflix + Disney +

KITCHEN:
Full kitchen with a double sink, oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and cooking essentials. Coffee and tea are provided.

PATIO:
Outdoor dining for 4, outdoor lounge seating nook for 4, and a gas BBQ.


Playa Del Sol resort boasts many amenities including an expansive lake-view pool deck with generous seating and pool loungers, a hot tub, an upscale cafe/coffee shop (Cafe XL), and a family-friendly restaurant (Basil & Mint).

Across the street, you'll find the Eldorado Marina with a boat launch, boat rentals, jet ski/boat rentals, lakeside dining at two of Kelowna's most popular award-winning restaurants (Eldorado Lakeside & Smak Dab), and vintage e-bike rentals. Directly in front, you'll find a gorgeous boardwalk to wander down leading to Rotary Beach where you'll discover an expansive sandy beach, beach rentals, a kids playground/zipline, various food trucks, public restrooms, and lake view grassy sitting areas shaded by trees.

Head farther down Lakeshore to reach Kelowna's expansive Gyro Beach with a concession and beach rentals, Shoreline Brewing, Diner Deluxe, and a Marble Slab Creamery for a tasty cool treat!

Nearby at Mission Park Plaza, you'll find Urban Fare, Save On Foods, various shops, a cold beer & wine, a liquor store, banks, Dairy Queen, and gas.

Minutes away, you'll find the Pandosy Village shops, Modo Yoga, Mod Salon, and various local dining gems such as Zabb Thai and the Marmalade Cat Cafe.

Head left from the resort, and you'll find Mission Creek Plaza with shops, a pharmacy, Starbucks, and fuel.

Parking for (1) is available in the building parkade. Maximum 6"11.

Street parking is available with time restrictions (most areas have a 2-hour limit)

Note: This is a family-oriented building and we do not allow parties, loud disturbances, or disruptive groups. Guest parties shown to be booked under false pretenses will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

Please note some of the amenities such as the hot tub, fitness center, and pool may be closed during your stay due to provincial health orders or repairs. Please inquire closer to your arrival date.

While we do love animals we are unable to host your furry friends in this unit as it is completely pet free.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance including trip interruption insurance to prevent loss of booking funds paid.
