3 Story Waterfront Home with Private Dock; Sleeps 20!!!

Being the largest vacation rental in Steinhatchee Landing Resort, The Oar House offers the perfect place for a large family, group or a reunion. The large 6 bedroom, plus attic loft cottage is located directly on the river with a private dock and ample parking. With five bedrooms on the third floor and one on the second floor along with a massive attic loft, it is a perfect place for the large family or group of friends to spend a vacation.

The attic loft is a true "get away" complete with entertainment center, full bath, expansive sun deck, and 6 wall recessed double beds. Perfect for the kids!

The gathering area downstairs offers a living and dining area combination. The large dining table providing seating for 14 is located next to the spacious kitchen. Additional seating is available on the porch.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath. This is the perfect bedroom for those who do not want to miss any action.

On the third floor you will find five bedrooms. The first bedroom is a traditional master suite with a king size bed, full bath (tub and separate shower) and a private deck on the river. The second bedroom offers a king size bed and the third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms offers queen beds. Each bedroom shares an attached bathroom with the adjoining bedroom. In total, the cottage provides sleeping for over 20 guests.

The large porch offers several tables with chairs, and wicker couches under ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The magnificent outdoor kitchen is located right off the back porch for easy access. Grill your steaks, burgers or fresh catch for the family!

Plenty of parking is available adjacent to the cottage.

Steinhatchee Landing Resort sits on 35 acres with canopies of oaks. There are riverfront and creek walking paths, as well as the docks and the petting zoo. The petting zoo offers chickens, ducks rabbits and our two very friendly goats!

There is a private boat dock that will accommodate multiple boats up to 50', with plenty of parking in the resort for your boat trailer.

Steinhatchee is known for its scalloping in the summer and its fishing and hunting year round. Whether it is fresh or salt water fishing you prefer, Steinhatchee has both! Canoeing and kayaking are very popular as well. Bring your boat, canoe or kayak or you may rent one at one of the local Marinas.
