Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. With its prime location, this spacious and inviting retreat, it's perfect for families, friends, or colleagues seeking a memorable stay in the city.

The downstairs area features an entry way that goes to a downstairs living room area with a smart TV and comfortable two set sofa.
The living room leads into a dining room area that also has a small work desk.
Past the living room is a full sized bathroom with standing shower. This bathroom leads into the downstairs area which features a queen mattress and small living area with a SmartTV.
The downstairs area also features a full sized kitchen stocked with everything you need to for a delicious dinner.
As you move upstairs, there is a full sized bathroom with standing shower and two bedrooms.
One bedroom has two full beds and a smart TV with closet access.
The second bedroom features a king bed with closet, smart TV, private bathroom, office desk, and balcony access.
The SmartTVs are set up for Bring Your Own Login. We don’t offer any streaming/cable services.
PLEASE READ: There is a guest suite (1 bedroom/1 bathroom) in the back part of the main home. This guest suite has its own private entrance and is occupied by a long term rental tenant.
Our rules are listed below:
- Please don’t flush wet wipes down the toilet. This unit has sensitive pipes and it will cause the sewer to back into the property. We kindly ask to dispose wet wipes in trash.
-Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. Please send inquiry for details.
- ***No parties or illegal activity allowed on site*** GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND BE FINED $1,000 PUS ANY EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES OR ADDITIONAL CLEANINGS.
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
- Up to 6 additional day visitors are allowed.
- Limited to 2 pets less than 35 lbs (additional fee of $80 will apply)
- Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host 24 hours to remedy the issue.
- Expectation is for the home to be returned in the condition in which you found it.
