The space
Our beautifully furnished, light-filled, 1400-sq-ft condo has a large master suite with full bath and king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and big screen TV; the second bedroom has two single beds, dresser, and wall-length closet, with adjacent full bath with tub and shower.

For added privacy, bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the residence; both baths feature granite counters and updated fixtures. The sleeper den has a pocket door for privacy, work desk, queen-sized pull-out futon, and bookcase.

The large screened and furnished lanai is ideal for watching the sunset; optimal southern exposure guarantees no direct late-afternoon sun. Laundry room has stacked full-sized washer and dryer and laundry soap for your use.

These include an exceptional tennis and facility/program with twelve Har-Tru (simulated clay) courts, active pickle ball courts, a junior Olympic-sized pool with outdoor dining, elegant clubhouse with dining room, pro shop, fitness center, game room with table tennis, and bocce ball programs, and a children’s playground. Nearby championship golf courses, spectacular fishing and boating. Vibrant cultural scene with renowned symphony; art boutiques, shows, and museums; and professional theaters.

Sweetwater Cove is family-friendly, with amenities that accommodate children's needs. The office futon sleeps one adult or two children comfortably. Sterling Oaks on-premise pool with poolside dining service, children's playground, and 100- acre setting in a nature preserve provides ample outdoor activities for kids to explore and enjoy. Local amenities including nearby beaches and boating, as well as kid programs at the renowned Naples Zoo, ensure a fun family experience.

Important To Know: This unit does require an HOA application - fee is Included in your nightly rate as "Community Fee." This is required to initiate the application and gives guest full access to all amenities- (access to: pool, cabana, fitness, sauna, bocce ball, pickle ball, dining, social events, and more)

*PLEASE READ* There is a $150 Association Application Fee and a $500 Transfer Fee that in total is considered the "Community Fee". This 650.00 is included in the nightly rate, however this Community Fee is non-refundable after 48 hours of making the reservation. The owners have agreed to absorb the community fee unless the reservation is cancelled.
