The duplex boasts a delightful shared outdoor space, complete with ample comfortable seating and multiple BBQ grills, perfect for enjoying family cookouts and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Inside is an open living space with a plush sofa, side chair, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need from pots, pans, and utensils to prepare family favorites. Enjoy an intimate meal at the high-top table and unwind on the screened-in lanai.
