Nettie’s Hideaway is located less than a 30 second walk to the Aransas Bay and close to all the local restaurants, fishing piers, and nightlife. It is an amazing location for beach goers, boaters, fishermen and anyone just looking to relax. This spacious, beach inspired, two-bedroom home comes with one king in the master bedroom and two queen beds in bedroom 2, the home sleeps 6, includes two private baths and a very large, NEWLY Air Conditioned enclosed patio. The home is nestled in a private neighborhood and comes with a large fenced outdoor entertaining area which includes the use of two charcoal grills and one gas grill, and a large 6 person Spa. Enjoy your downtime with free high speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV's in every bedroom. The dining table can seat 4 to 6, with two additional seats at the kitchen bar. There is also onsite parking for a boat or jet skis. Minutes from downtown Rockport where you can explore the local shops, festivals, marina, fishing piers, and the fantastic Rockport Beach.

Update for 2025: We will soon be issuing our private concert venue schedule for the year. We will be having multiple local and very talented music artists at the home and they are free to our Guests and friends. If you enjoy fantastic live music in an open and private area, then you should contact the Host and check back often for updates. We will soon post the schedule at the bottom of this section. These artists are some of the best talents in the area and the venue dates will book within minutes of the update. We have already had our first concert and it was exceptional. So check back often and we hope to hear from you soon!

> Third-party bookings for this property are not allowed at any time and the Guest responsible for the reservation must be on the property during the reserved period and at Check-In.
> Inside the home, enclosed patio and in the Spa are non-smoking and vaping areas. Smoking and vaping are allowed on the outside patio area. No dipping is allowed on the property at any time.
