Hot Toddy Hideaway is a river front property with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, picture-sized windows, a large family room with two wood burning fireplaces, a dining table that can seat up to 8 people and a year round view of the Salmon River. The fully equipped kitchen comprises new appliances including a stainless steel microwave, double convection oven, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer. All the necessary pots, pans, dishes, toaster, crockpot, and griddle are available for you to cook your favorite foods!

Unpack your suitcase in the Master King Bedroom that features a luxurious king size bed and master bathroom. Walk into the master bath to enjoy a morning shower with dual waterfall shower spouts or evening relaxation in the large bathtub. Hang all of your ski or fishing clothes in a large closet where you can store any bags or coolers that you brought with you.

Wake up to the sounds of a calm river in the Queen Suite with natural views of the forest that surrounds the property. Access to a big closet and a full guest bathroom make mountain living easy and enjoyable! The riverside bunkroom can accommodate kids and adults alike. The new mattresses and pillows will ensure a comfortable sleep at night or even for a mid-day nap.

After a long day playing skiing or adventuring along the Salmon River, clothes can be cleaned in the laundry room. The new washer and dryer are equipped with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

If you're not skiing or fishing during the day, entertain yourselves inside with ping pong or foosball in the garage. If you want to stay cozy inside, enjoy the board games and puzzles provided in the living room. The large flat screen TV has Google Chrome, or access to sign into Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney Plus. Free high speed wireless internet is also included in your stay.

Kick your feet up and enjoy the beauty nature provides on our river front back deck. From there, you can enjoy your own private covered hot tub that overlooks the Salmon River! For those crisp evenings, build a fire in the fire pit to enjoy the crackles of mountain living. If it's too cold outside to take a plunge into the hot tub, enjoy the jetted bathtub inside the house.

Brightwood, Oregon is located next to the beautiful Mt. Hood National Forest. It is situated about 20 minutes away from Mt. Hood and has access to a variety of outdoor sports and recreational activities. During the winter, head up to the mountain where you can ski or snowboard during the day, as well as take advantage of some of the best night skiing in the Pacific Northwest. Don't ski or snowboard? Fear not, check out one of the tubing slopes that are open during the day and sometimes at night! During the summer, you can fish right off the back of the property into the Salmon River. The National Forest is known for their hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golf, zip-lining, river rafting, waterfalls, Historic Timberline Lodge, and so much more!

Don't like to cook? Take advantage of the bountiful number of restaurants within a 5 minute drive!

Bunk Room with River View: 2 Bunk Beds (Full/Twin Bunk and Twin/Twin Bunk), Shared Full Bathroom with Shower and Soaking Tub. Full Closet. Sleeps up to 5 guests.

1 Pack-n-Play crib and 1 kids high chair can be found in the Bunk Room closet.

**We have professional cleaners that uses enhanced cleaning measures to help reduce any exposure to transmittable diseases. On top of normal cleaning, there are enhanced cleaning measures which include using CDC approved cleaners/disinfectants and disinfecting high traffic touch areas including knobs, switches, remotes, appliances and cabinet fronts. We take the safety of our guests seriously. **

**Pet Friendly Policy: Limit two pets per stay for an extra fee of $25 per night per pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture during the stay. Please do not leave pets unattended at any time in or on the property. Pet owner is responsible for any damage incurred by the pet based on how the property owner sees fit to repair or replace damaged property.**

**Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) adult over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15-25.**
