Upstay presents this Terra Verde Resort 5-bedroom bungalow! The home features a sun-drenched furnished patio with a beautiful private pool and hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's plenty of dining space. The living room has a smart TV and high speed internet connection for your entertainment, and there's even an in-home billiards room. Plus, our guests have complimentary access to all the amenities available within the Terra Verde resort!

The Space:
You'll love soaking up the Florida sunshine from the screened-in back patio at this gorgeous 5-bedroom home. Enjoy a dip in your private outdoor swimming pool, or relax in the bubbles in your spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. This deck is perfect for families with the removable safety fence around the water.

The living room has an open concept design, making it feel spacious and connecting it with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, spacious countertops and kitchen bar seating. There's also a separate dining room with a large capacity table and big windows that let in tons of natural light.

With two master king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and two kid’s bedrooms - there’s plenty of space for everyone! The home is equipped with 5 smart TVs and high speed internet connection.

The garage has been turned into a billiards room, and you'll also find the laundry machines in there. But don't worry, there's still plenty of free onsite parking on the driveway. Plus, our guests get free access to the resort facilities!

Terra Verde Resort's award-winning amenities, nestled among palm trees and tropical plants, include a heated zero-entry pool, hot tub, mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, children's play area, ping pong, shuffleboard, lakeside hammocks, adult-only outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness equipment, cornhole, Lagoon Tiki Bar and Grill, walking trail and two stocked resort lakes (catch and release only please).

The 6,000 square foot clubhouse features reception and concierge services, theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, lounge, business center, daily complimentary coffee and ATM. Our concierge is happy to provide discounted attraction tickets, equipment rental, Terra Verde Resort merchandise as well as photocopy, printing and fax service - a nominal fee will apply. The resort also features an electric car charging station.

Terra Verde Resort features a variety of activities to enjoy with friends and family. Sports equipment (tennis, volleyball, baskteball, mini golf, ping pong, and cornhole) is free to borrow from the front desk.

Guest Access:
All guests and owners in Terra Verde Resort have access to all of the amenities free of charge. The clubhouse offers rental equipment for basketball, volleyball, mini-golf, shuffleboard, ping pong and tennis with a small cash deposit or photo id. Fishing is allowed however the resort does not offer fishing equipment for use. Fishing is catch and release only. The Lagoon Tiki Bar and Grill, games room, printing and fax services do have extra cost.

Terra Verde Resort is located just south of US 192 off of Poinciana Blvd, just 15 to 30 minutes of nearly all of Central Florida's attractions including world-famous golf courses, wineries, outlet shopping, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and more. The Atlantic and Gulf coasts are approximately 75-90 minutes east or west. Minutes to restaurants, pharmacies, and essential shopping.

Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.

3. Please note guests will be charged a $20.00 fee (cash only) to acquire a gate pass. Upon departing the resort at the end of your stay, the card must be returned to the drop boxes located at the clubhouse or at the exit gate. 4. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

5. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
