Perfect location, great hosts

This is a great spot to stay if you’re looking to visit Honolulu. Beaches are a short walk away, as are ample shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions (I.e. Honolulu zoo, museums). The building’s pool and jacuzzi are free to use, and there’s ample space to sit and relax nearby (including 4 shaded cabanas that are available first-come first-served - highly recommend snagging one of these if you’re looking for a lazy day). The room itself is very comfortable and offers plenty of space for two.As is normal for the climate, we encountered a few roaches early in our stay. The hosts were great to deal with on this matter, and thanks to their assistance we had fewer roach sightings as our trip went on. Would gladly stay here again.

Island Colony

Island Colony is centrally located. It is close to shops, restaurants and downtown Honolulu. It is easy to walk to the beach and spend the day on the sand. The unit is very nice and the beds are comfortable.

Spacious, good location.

Spacious and very sufficient, if a little dated. Few things were a bit odd (bed in the living room sandwiches the couch such that no wall plugs are able to be used, hair dryer wasn’t in an obvious location, cutting board under the sink…), but overall good stay. Was very excited to use the fancy looking bidet, however the water functions didn’t work properly (sprayer just went straight down…)

Checking in could not answer any of my question kept telling me to call the people that i booked with, wanted fresh towels got told call who you booked with. Floors were very dirty, rubbish shaved on side of the side of fridge, 0 on cleaning. 0 service set up. location was good great view. cheap set up. if it wasn't for the location and view i would have moved after entering the room.

If listing agency is Lei Hawaii Reality, find another place

I almost believe this company is a scam. They sent us an email at 6:30am on Saturday informing us that there will be a TWO MONTHS water shut off from 8am-5pm Monday- Friday starting Monday morning. It was not an emergency water shut off, it was pre-planned Plumbing Project that affected the unit we were renting from the company. They were impossible to get ahold of. Their two emergency phone numbers listed on their voice mail were, one, an old employee who no-longer worked there, and one that went straight to a voice mail. I truly thank VEBO for stepping in to help us navigate this disaster, but if you are looking at any properties (because they have a few on this island), I highly encourage looking at other listings. They were impossible to work with, also their units were not that clean. Highly unsatisfied at this place. This reality company is a horrible company with a bad reputation. They will rent out units knowing there will be a major construction or water shut off without informing the renters.

アラワイ運河に近いですが、ワイキキの中央部分にあり、価格を加味すれば評価できます。キッチンはいろいろな電化製品が揃っていて合格点。しかし、室内のコンディションが悪く、照明が点かなかったり、シャワートイレが壊れて使えませんでした。バスタブに栓がなく、タブに浸かれませんでした。困ったのはシャワー。お湯が一定の温度で出なく、熱かったり、冷たくなったりして閉口しました。このくらいのことも気が付かないとは、どうかしています。

Island Colony with AlaWai canal and city view

I had a very nice stay and wonderful to look out the window and see the mountains and the AlaWai canal. At night the city lights and the rensidential housing up top the hills was relaxing after long hours of work. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay with beautiful view

Had an amazing stay with a perfect walking location to everything in Waikiki. The condo was beautiful and well furnished and had everything we needed. My one complaint is that the water temperature was inconsistent, but otherwise loved the stay

Great apartment in amazing location in central Waikiki!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at this apartment for almost 2 months. Location was unbeatable, in central Waikiki, a few minutes walk to tons of restaurants, cafes, International Market, car rental places, shops, and best of all - to the beach. There is tons of free parking along the river on Ala Wai, we never had trouble finding parking, and so much to do in the area. The apartment itself was great - large, fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and great balcony. The building was also great - 24 hour security, good pool and BBQ area. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back!

Great Location, Amazing Views, Meets Needs

This condo has great views and adequate living arrangement. The kitchen and living space is large enough to accommodate 14-day quarantine and the place was clean. The deck was nice and spacious with great view of Waikiki and the sunset each night. The management team was difficult to contact, but we were able to figure out the wifi situation and some other questions on our own. The bed is a firm full mattress. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated being very close to the beach and good food!
