This house is in the village of Petrcane (Punta Skala) and is located about eleven kilometres from Zadar.
This is an enclosed property with a garden, a terrace and garden furniture. A barbecue/grill area is available in the garden. On the ground floor you can use a roofed balcony in comfort. On the first floor there is a terrace with terrace furniture. There is a round table for dining for up to four people on the loggia (roofed terrace). Since some people need bigger table for dining, there is outdoor dining table in the garden for six people (completely in a shade). Also in a basement, there is another table for eight people.
This house offers enough space for up to six people on two floors. It has a living area of approximately 90m² and offers its guests two modern bathrooms. There are three bedrooms in total, two of which are on the ground floor, while one is upstairs. Ground floor bedrooms are classical entirely separated bedrooms, while the first floor bedroom is an open type bedroom integrated with first floor living room. On the ground floor there is a living and kitchen area with a modern kitchen. The latter has all the necessary electric appliances such as a dishwasher, gas stove, cooker, oven, and fridge with freezer compartment. The furniture in the living area is very modern and there is also a TV on each floor. When you climb the stairs, you will reach the large upper living area with direct access to the terrace.
The house has a unique sea view, is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and is only 100 metres away from the sea. Shopping possibilities and restaurants are only a few hundred metres away. There is a variety of interesting day trips such as to the Plitvicer lakes, to Kornati Islands and the Krka waterfalls.
The house is fully air conditioned by means of two airconditioning units. There are nice natural stone heaters (made of Italian "Carrara" marble) in the ground floor bedrooms. The house is newly built (2012) and has wooden floors in the bedrooms and the upstairs living area. The remaining areas are partly tiled in a very decorative way. The ceiling of the living area is partly covered with LED lights. There is parking for two vehicles. To facilitate the use of the Internet, WIFI is available in the whole house.
