The "Seewiesen" flat house is a holiday apartment complex in the immediate vicinity of Lake Davos. It has a large underground car park, a large, bright indoor swimming pool with sauna area and relaxation room, 2 lockable showers, table tennis room and ski and ski boot cellar.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, with direct, barrier-free access via the lift from the underground car park. Sep. underground car park easily accessible. The flat is located on the quiet south-east side, away from the road, with a view of the Fluela Valley, towards Stilli and Lake Davos. The flat has a balcony. WLAN available.
The indoor pool is not available in the low season, i.e. after the Swiss Easter holidays (from approx. mid/end of April) to mid-June and from mid-October to the end of November.
The flat allows a maximum occupancy of 5 persons (5th person with surcharge)
