All basic prices are for 6 people and include bed linen (ready-made beds), towels and final cleaning.
In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently €3.00 per person/night from 15 years (as of 2024)
Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights



Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of €200 is required for this property. You transfer the deposit together with the remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival - and it will be transferred back to you within seven working days after departure.

Payment terms:

· 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
· Final payment up to 14 days before arrival
· For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
· Cash payment on site is not possible!
