This was the most ideal stay in Malibu… the property was perfect, the view absolutely divine. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Only thing missing was a washer and dryer but that wasn’t a make or break, just pack accordingly. The view from the room and the room’s deck is unmatched!! I wish I could’ve stayed forever!!

Loved the property and location. Clear, detailed instructions on how to access the property. Perfect starting place to explore Malibu and the surrounding areas and PCH day trips. Room and whole property had a great beach apartment feel. Super clean room and great facilities provided by the host.

This cute little apartment has everything you need to enjoy time at the beach, from a corkscrew to a coffee pot. The ocean views are amazing! The deck has many chairs and tables available for hanging out when not at the beach. You are close enough to walk to the pier and several restaurants. The beach here is pretty small and only at low tide. This is a great little apartment and I would stay here again.

Appt C is the BEST! The view is spectacular! The accommodations inside the apartment is everything needed. Nice stay. We were surprised by a bottle of wine in the refrigerator. Happy anniversary to us❤️

This place is amazing!! Crashing waves right outside your spot. You have a 360 front live view. The unit has cute decor and your views are from anywhere in the unit. Leave the window open to hear the waves crashing as you sleep. I thought it was a great price point. It’s so unique. You’ll be glad you stayed there.

You're gonna feel relaxed

I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.

Property was not as advertised. Expecting balcony over water/beach as pictures in advert. Pictures of owners unit should not be on the site. False advertising. Price was excessive for what we got. Property severely run Down. Gardens were a mess. Overgrown trees over gate to drive in.Unit had no views, but inside was adequate.

Do not stay here, fraudulent ad and owners.

The owners listing is not accurate and is fraudulent. I booked, and paid for, a 1 bedroom and I received a studio. When I brought this to the owners attention, they became rude and hung up on me. Hotels.com will do nothing about this other than ask the listings owner for a refund, which of course they said no to! My next step to to hire an attorney and sue both Hotels.com and the owners. It is also dirty, rust in multiple locations, jetted tub isn't working, and overall a extremely run-down apartment. Hotels.com will not stand behind it's renters, so buyer beware.

Beautiful studio, very clean and welcoming decor. I honestly want to know what scent they used for the room spray! The deck has an amazing view. At high tide the waves crash just before the deck and wash under the house. At low tide, the and in the beach is ideal for walking. You'll find extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Bring your firestick or log in to the smart TV if you are foolish enough to stay inside for a moment. The shower has good pressure and the water heats quickly. I didn't test the bath, but it appeared to have spa jets. My only note is to use caution descending to the beach. The bottom paver step is offset and a bit slippery due to the high water. There are no lights on the beach access side of the house. This might not be ideal for those with physical limitations. Of course, this is to be expected at the location... but if you are looking for a paved or all- ability accessible beach, this isn't ideal. Coded entry at parking, to the building, the unit, and for beach access. Very safe! This was, hands down, the nicest beach I've visited, and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you!

They canceled our reservation

We were informed that they had canceled our reservation when we arrived to the hotel at 5PM, after having driven all day with a 3-year old in the car. The hotel does not have a reception, and as there was no key in the lock box (only a sign which said "Private" hanging in front of the door), I had to call the number provided. I was then informed that they had to cancel our reservation and that we had to find someplace else. The man I spoke with had such a heavy accent that I could not understand why they had canceled. When I asked him why they hadn't called or emailed me to inform me about this, the answer was that my telephone number was "not good". I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, if this is what happens when you arrive.

Tillgången till stranden är väldigt styrd av tidvattnet då strandremsan nedanför huset var väldigt smal. Men när det var tillgängligt var det väldigt mysigt. Det finns dock en väldigt fin strand på promenad avstånd. Lägenhet 3 och 6 har en fantastisk vy över Stilla havet. Lite dåligt med köksutrustning ( saknade verkligen en vass kniv ). Kändes som en väldigt bra lägenhet för det priset med tanke på läget i Malibu.

We have been here now a couple of times and love it. A couple things you need to know if you're reading the other comments: Elite apartment is the only one that has the south balcony over the ocean (it is rentable and not the owners suite). The other two say resort view as you can't see the ocean from your apartment but can right outside your door on your deckbetween the buildings. The wall switches control the BOTTOM outlets. If the lamps are plugged into those, the switches work. The bed is super comfy and the rest of the inside furniture, well, is not. It is furniture that a college kid brought home. But who the heck is sitting inside when you have a balcony over the ocean. Have yet to turn on the tv when we have been here. Malibu Farms is amazing. The 3.9 is because no one appreciates the unisual menu but if you try it... and is within walking distance. Go to Ralphs a mile and a half west for supplies when you get here and then you are coming east on PCH to get into the property. Yes, high tide makes the beach unwalkable sometimes. You are right on the beach, it happens. Love this place for a peaceful getaway.

Pictures show apartment sliders to an ocean view … not true. Be clear that I have a side apartment with pictures of that apartment. Poor communication with management. Property in disrepair, stepping in rat poop in the kitchen in the morning. A large stack of rodent sticky traps under the sink. Shower barely functioning. Uncomfortable couch and chairs. The bedroom was comfortable.
