Excellent room, very spacious, with a large bathroom and kitchen that had all the basics for cooking. Really close to the city center, only a couple blocks away from Mercado BolhĂŁo.

We had an amazing stay at this property! There were lots of great restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions all close by within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. When we first arrived, the bed sheets and towels were a bit dirty, but when we let them know, they came to replace them and give us fresh sheets and towels within a few hours! Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Property is nice and clean, but communication was difficult. We did not receive information about how to access the apartment until 10 minutes before our check in time, and after two phone calls to reconfirm when we would receive the info. Shower door was also falling off the hinge, and wifi access was poor. The LovelyStay team said there was no wifi in the apartment, despite the welcome sheet with Wifi login and password in the entry of Apartment.

Beds were comfortable, area was quiet at night, any ambient noise was blocked out by windows. Good air flow and they had a/c. Only down side is Expedia had free wifi in the booking and it was not the case. So we used a lot of data. The only other thing I can say that was a new one for me is there were rather tight on how much toilet paper they were willing to give us, we had 4 people for 9 nights and they would not provide more than 8 rolls, I had to go buy some. The soap in the shower wasn’t filled upon arrival so we bought some of that as well. They were also quite strict on how much coffee pods they provided, so we bought some of those. I am used to staying places where if they provide a machine and coffee that they might provide enough for your entire stay. Communication via whats app with lovely stay( providers) was good. Check in was easy but what I did not know was that it was run through lovely stay, so when I got a whats app quiry about paying more money, I thought it was a scam at first.

Interruption de service essentielle !

L’appartement Ă©tait propre et confortable jusqu’au moment oĂč nous avons Ă©tĂ© privĂ©s d’eau. AprĂšs de nombreux Ă©changes avec l’hĂŽte, nous avons dĂ©couvert, grĂące Ă  des documents trouvĂ©s dans les boĂźtes aux lettres, que l’eau avait Ă©tĂ© coupĂ©e pour cause de factures impayĂ©es. L’hĂŽte a fait preuve de mauvaise foi, et nous avons dĂ» chercher un nouvel hĂŽtel pour le reste de notre sĂ©jour, Ă  nos propres frais.

IncrĂ­vel! Uma amiga e eu ficamos hospedadas por 10 dias e nĂŁo poderĂ­amos ter escolhido melhor lugar, a rua Ă© perfeita tambĂ©m, movimentada e perto de tudo, a noite silĂȘncio absoluto para dormir. SĂł sentimos falta de uma TV e de uma internet melhor, precisei trabalhar e tive que usar dados mĂłveis. Ficamos no segundo andar, como nĂŁo tem elevador nĂŁo aconselho para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção.

High risk accomodation and horrible experience

From the moment I arrived, I experienced several issues, starting with a lack of basic cleaning services and amenities such as toilet paper. However, the most alarming problem was the severe flooding from the shower, which caused steam to spread throughout the room, affecting the ceiling, lights, and creating a hazardous situation. Given the risk of electrical shock, this situation was not only unacceptable but life-threatening. There was no staff available on-site to address this emergency, as the property lacks a front desk or any form of responsible management. I was left without any form of assistance in what could have been a critical situation. This complete lack of responsibility and disregard for guest safety exposed me to significant danger. The perceived value of money is zero

Rispetto a quanto presentato online, la camera era sicuramente molto meno bella, soprattutto la “vista”: dalle foto sembrava fosse semplicemente su una corte interna, nella realtà affaccia su altre case (si vede dentro le stanze tanto sono vicine) e su condotti di ventilazione malconci e con un cattivo odore di cucinato. La pulizia era abbastanza superficiale e la montangna di cuscini sul letto piena di polvere così come il divano e le lampade. Il lavandino del bagno ù così piccolo da essere inutilizzabile. Sopra il bagno sono stati abbandonati dei materiali da costruzione metallici che davano un’aria abbastanza squallida alla stanza, ovviamente non presenti nelle foto online. Il wifi funziona a singhiozzo e dentro la stanza c’ù poco campo. Per entrare, c’ù una scala veramente ripida e scomoda. Gli unici punti a favore sono stati il letto comodo, la cucina per farsi la colazione e la vicinanza al centro. Non ù stato terribile, ma di certo non merita nemmeno recensioni eccellenti.

Excelente apartamento

O apto, cama, chuveiro, toalhas, travesseiros eram otimos, a comunicação com o anfitriã foi facil assim como check-in e check out. A localização é espetacular, perto de mercados , restaurantes, padarias e lojas. Ao um detalhe que não percebi ao reservar e que ficava no 3 piso.

Nice stay, slight communication issue

Overall, the stay was good! Location was convenient. However, there was a slight lack of communication before check in. It required guests info and pre paid text before check in to access the passcode and check in instructions, but I didn’t get email or any notification until I call them upon my arrival.
