I like the property is well maintained and have a decent size for my large group. I wish the amenities, like toilet paper could be more, and other stuffs like shower gel and washing detergent were made available. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

A spacious and nice apartment with a patio. However, the kitchen equipment was a bit worn, for example the fan was substandard and the lighting was broken. Had to drive to the pool areas where unfortunately there were a lot of people and quite lively in the pool.

All excellent, the only thing that in the reservation info did not specify which was the apartment that I had and there were 4, that is, I had to communicate 2 times to the office, because the first call they did not give me the correct information. Then I communicated and someone kindly guided me to the door and I was able to enter. This delayed my entry a little, and well, everyone knows that you arrive tired from the whole issue of the trip and what you want is to arrive and rest. For the rest clear instructions and the apartment excellent in every sense, clean, cozy, spacious, in the kitchen very well equipped, very important the refrigerator has filter and water, that we did not have to buy water in the house, 8 minutes from a shopping mall where you find supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants, in short excellent!! I would stay again without hesitation, and for the price and the area too!! 5 stars is not enough I would give you 100 stars.

The condo was nice but could have been cleaner. The towels and washcloths and sheets need to be thrown out and refreshed because they looked really dirty. Also the balcony furniture was terribly dirty. The water parks were great and the kids enjoyed them. Other than the cleanliness the resort was really nice.

Overall good 2 bed townhome in gated community with all the essentials. A little outdated but functional. The attached one car gargage was very convenient. The only complaint would be the master bed was very low to the ground being a platform bedframe with just a memory foam mattress which was ok but even though those type of mattress don't require a box spring, it would have been easier to get on and off the bed by adding a 5 or 7 inch box spring to raise up the memory foam mattress. Ultimately i adjusted afrer a few days but was a little weird sleeping that low to the floor.

We had a wonderful time! We stayed in the family apartment, and it was perfect for our small children! The proximity to the pool/ waterpark was amazing. The resort has numerous amenities that is a huge plus. We felt safe and will definitely be back for another stay!

The unit was fine for my purposes. I just needed a place to sleep while at a conference. When i read the house rules, no guests and no parties, i wouldnt stay there for pleasure. The unit was perfectly fine for business, but i wouldnt use it for vacation.

Great value, safe area, gated community. The kitchen and dining area are both great, but the main bedroom and living room need updating. I had to move the slats on the bed, because they are not secured in place. The dresser looks like it was in a flood, as there is water damage around the bottom. The couch has white areas that need to be cleaned. It looks as though the furnishings were hand me downs. The towels smelt like smoke, so I did clean those, but no dish soap or laundry soap is provided, so I had to run to the store to get those items. Overall it was a nice condo for the money, but very little money on furnishings would make this condo a prime place to stay.
