Overall our stay was wonderful and we would come back. The hut was very clean when we arrived. The automated emails were a little clunky before we arrived but we didn't have any problems getting into the hut. We had one minor issue during the stay with our door code but we were able to get a very quick answer which made it a pleasant experience. Depending on the hut you are in (I believe the odd numbers) the back of your hut faces a hotel. The lights at night from the hotel will shine into your windows in the back bedroom but doesn't impact the rest of the hut. This didn't bother us but worth noting in case you like it completely dark while sleeping. Having two bathrooms is a nice feature. The loft is perfect for kids. Overall a great place to consider staying at.

Tiny House

We stayed one night and would stay again. The only downside to this property was there wasn’t a sitting area for eating or gathering. They did provide a couple of fold up chairs though. The hut was clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved having two bathrooms too. The loft was at the top of one of the rooms - so be ready to wake up with the kids! The second room had its on doors for privacy. I Parking was tight but doable. Also - I left my glasses and communication to get them shipped back was quick, easy and helpful.

Perfect for a quick weekend trip!

This was a super affordable and perfect spot for a quick weekend trip! Not in the heart of downtown but less than a 10 minute drive to downtown which was just as great! Super quiet, all basic amenities provided, clean and well kept.

We stayed in a tiny home for the first time. We were all surprised how nice it was. It fit our needs perfectly. It didn't have a kitchen. It sleeps 6 easily. 2 bathrooms was great for us. The bathrooms were fully equipped. The two king-sized beds were comfortable. There were two large screen TVs. The only thing missing was a large screen tv in the loft, but that wasn't needed. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.

Beautiful tiny hut. Has 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Appears very new. The hotel manager who oversees these tiny huts is excellent. I truly loved my stay there and definitely will stay again when we return to Moab.

Clean place, nice rooms albeit a little congested, but it's 2 beds plus a loft in a hut. Would have liked if the loft beddings were a bit larger - 2 feet wide isn't enough space for an adult.

Cabins are like new. Well appointed. Watch your head if staying in the loft beds - 4ft ceilings! The floors were sticky and turned bare feet brown very quickly. The parking spaces are best for compact cars only.

This property is very clean and spacious for a family of four, and the staff were absolutely nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place for anybody trying to visit in Moab.

Good value, attention needed in housekeeping.

We stayed here for one night while visiting Arches and Canyonland parks. The tiny home was just as described in the listing but I don’t feel it was as clean as it should have been. Within 10 minutes of walking around the tiny home indoors, the bottom of our feet were dirty. The floor felt sticky. We wiped our feet down with a disposable wipe and it was filthy. There was also some debris at the bottom of my shower that I wiped up before using the shower. We only stayed one night so I did not reach out to ask for assistance in cleaning since we didn’t get to the unit until 9p. Additionally, there are no blinds on the top windows (almost to the ceiling). It’s nice in the morning when light came in but was annoying after dark when the neighbors (units are only 6 feet apart or so) watched flickering TV all night long and this light also shown through to my bedroom and I could not do anything to minimize the light and movement. I had trouble falling asleep.

Super unique and adventurous! Felt like we were in a tiny house! The property was located right off the main road next to the hotel that it’s associated with. It was very clean except for the bathrooms. We had to call and ask for them to be cleaned and when we called there was a small language barrier. You are off the main road where there are all the local shops and restaurants. You are close to all the attractions like the trails and national parks. Overall great place to stay especially with a large amount of people (family of 6!) easy parking and accessibility to all the places! But don’t expect to swim(pool was gross) or be able to walk- you will have to drive to where you want to go.

Awesome beds and TVs.

Check in was impossible. Had to go to the neighboring hotel to get in. Parking was plentiful, but very difficult because of the narrow space between the units. Beds and TVs were fantastic, but this could have been set up better with one bedroom and a sitting room, IMO. Would not stay here again.

Beyond our expectation!

The most important reason we chose the tiny house was because they don’t allow pets and the place was super clean! The tiny house was amazingly roomy & cute, had everything we needed. Clean comfy king size beds. We were very pleased to spend 2 nights there. Definitely will go back!
