My family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. We had the 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of space. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and we had a nice view of the pool. We would stay again.

I really liked being on this side of the island for once, however biking and ordering rides got to be a little much due to the distance from everything. Staff was friendly, rooms are clean, the resort itself is so tropical which was great.

We had a delightful 3 nt stay! The property is attractive and very tidy.. the 2bd/2ba condo is super comfortable including the beds.. nice kitchen with the basics to enjoy a home cooked meal.. loved the balcony and living area with dinning table was perfect.. only a 10 minute drive ( Lyft ride) to the activity on Duval Street and Mallory Square to see the beautiful sunset! The office staff are the Best!! They started our luggage while we enjoyed more fun before our evening flight! We will return, and we highly recommend this place!

There were roaches in the rooms. It was difficult to get in touch with them or to get them to call back. Very limited parking & tight to squeeze into. They had no trash bags available. The people in the office didn’t really act like they cared about anything. The girl just stared at me & said OK when I told her about what we experienced. The master bath had not been cleaned. There was a plastic razor cover in the shower on the floor. The king bed had long black hair in the bed when I moved the extra pillows to go to sleep. Overall it was very disappointing.

Stor och bra lÀgenhet för 2 vuxna och 3 barn. TyvÀrr var golvet jÀtte smutsigt nÀr vi kom och det fattades glas och knivar i köket. Vi fick sÀga till 2 ggr innan de fixade. Vi fick 50 dollar i baren som kompensation. Vi fick inga poolhandukar. Men hotellet hade bra lÀge.

Disappointing standard considering the price. "US average" from early 90's and rather dated. The AC "outside units" are loud and many balconies face directly towards these. Our room had the balcony right above them rendering it completely useless. The surroundings of the premises are nice,lush and tropical like. Pool areas are good with barbecue places including gas grills free to use. The harbour and the bar are a nice touches that adds to the atmosphere. We had an unpleasant experience at arrival. We found long black hairs in the bedsheets in one bed. Not sure if bedsheets were dirty or if the hairs stuck to the sheets due to static. We immediately went to the front desk to ask for new bedsheets and while there also asked if we could get another room with a usable balcony. The lady at the desk was incredibly rude. Regarding exchange of room she laughed and didn't even give a proper answer. Regarding the dirty bed sheets she responded "uhu". After an akward silent pause she looked up from her paper, obviously annoyed, and finaly asks if we want new bed sheets? Very rude and unserivce like. + Nice tropical premises. The nice harbour and the bar. OK pool areas. Calm and quite place (if you are expecting high pulse this might be negative instead). - Average and dated standard for the price. Bad service (Subjective from our experience with the bed sheets). Loud outside AC units in front of many balconies.

This was a very middle range option in terms of a stay. Not the fanciest one but when on a budget this is a good option. There was a few things we were unhappy with but overall I would stay again if I had to. We were promised on the listing we could park 2 cars and when we get there, they then told us it would cost us $25 per day for an extra pass. The room was okay and clean but not the best. Wifi was slow, beds were uncomfortable and there was limited ac upstairs. Like I said, not the fanciest, but gets the job done. I enjoyed the pool and the dock areas a lot. It’s definitely not a “resort” in terms of the services or amenities but it’s a place to stay.

For me and my family it was perfect place to stay -easy access to roads-good quiet location which I loved-easy access to elevator and to our apartment . Our Boys loved fishing at the dock -loved kitchen for making breakfast in the morning and nice clean pools at evening after hot days, nice and clean rooms -little problem with ac but resolved in a minutes - thank you for having us and for all hard working people-appreciate everything 💕

Horrible stay management would not clean our room and wouldn’t give me a refund. If I could upload videos I would show the all the termite wings that were on the bed. I would never recommend anyone to stay at that hotel.
