Very easy checking, very close to the bus station, 10 minutes bus ride to the airport. I would really recommend this accommodation due to closeness of the bus station and airport.

The smell in the room and the hallway wasn't pleasant. The neighbors were noisy even after 11 p.m. The room and the toilet were somewhat dirty. Some appliances weren’t working, like the hair dryer, electric kettle, TV remote, and the bedside lamp. Luckily, it was just an overnight stay, so the place was just okay for that purpose, especially since it’s near the airport.

"I made a reservation, but the place was not like the pictures and had a very strange smell. I asked them to cancel, but no one responded. Two days passed without anyone contacting me. I went in, checked the place, and left immediately — I didn’t stay there."

Honestly, I would stay here if you have an early flight or need to get to the airport. The hotel is walkable to the airport which is nice, about 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself seemed very clean but the sheets had stains and the bed was not comfortable. The room was extremely hot which resulted us opening a window and allowed all the bugs in. The building is near other residents and it is very loud and you can hear everything that was happening outside so it was not quiet, especially since the window needed to be open or the room was stuffy. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station so if you need to go to Zurich proper it’s convenient. Only recommend staying here if you’re on a budget or need to get to the airport fast.

It is an ok place for the price, not bad, just cheap. Perfect if you just want to sleep and then head to the airport. It was a little bit confusing to find the right building. Not sure if it's always like that but there was no hot water for hours, yet, it worked very early in the morning. Internet is filtered and restricted so not good for some jobs. I could not work from there.

It was a 20 minute walk on hiking trails from the Service Center at Zurich airport where I securely store my checked bags overnight. Many travelers, locals and flight personnel using this walking route. Clean and safe area. Many kind local residents in this area. Lots of local restaurants. I had dinner next to a tree lined stream listening to birds at dinner at the facility. Highly recommended

I like about the quietness of the place. I just dont like the balcony area where other people can jump to your balcony. And also the no staff hotel is not really my stuff. I want somebody I can talk right away or ask questions ir help if I need to.

Very close to airport. Check-in ok, not seamless. Building hallways had a cooking smell. Grocery nearby. Ok for one night, early am flight. Low water pressure. Very narrow twin beds.

It was Good, I definitely come Back next time.

It was a nice one night stay. It wasn't bad actually except I got confused with code to check in, good thing 2 tenants help me and assist me to get through and get the code. They don't have a reception actually its just a email code that works but the room was nice and very clean its kinda hot in the room so I open my sliding door but everything was Ok. And its walkable to the airport like it took me for just 15 minutes walk. I will definitely come back next time for my trip to Zurich.

I parked out the back & came in the back door of the property. The signs inside the foyer on ground floor for Swiss star check in are WRONG! The machine to get the door code is outside the front door. ALSO BE AWARE take a photo of the code the machine generates because the NEW code is the code to the door of your room (not the code you generated when you booked!)

Good location and overall good for our short stay. Kitchen only had 2 chairs for the 4 of us. Our hairdryer was not working, we sent an email and a text through the app as no one picked up the phone and we never received an answer. It was hard to wash hair and then go out. We understand that it was during the holidays but if totally digital hotel, someone needs to monitor messages and fix what is wrong. We also paid for 3 days to park our car and someone took our reserved parking sign off after the 2nd day. We also got a nasty note on the windshield the day we were leaving that they would tow our car. I had emailed the person who confirmed the reservation and payment the 2nd night but never received a response.

We arrived late at the airport and had to walk through deserted parks and wasteland to get to the hotel (although the next day we found a safer route) The apartment was hot with no air conditioning. There were patio doors but they led to weed covered balconies that could be accessed easily from other apartments. We did not feel comfortable leaving the doors open at night and in one room there was no other ventilation. The light in the bathroom had been dismantled so we had to shower using phones as torches. The light in one bedroom did not work and there were broken switches that we had to fix in order to operate the blinds. My sons woke up the next morning covered in bites. As we were getting dressed in the morning, someone used the code on the door to enter the apartment without knocking first, obviously unaware that we were still there and were staying two nights. As we were leaving for a day out the same two workers asked if they could go in to silicone the bathroom, a job that did not appear to be needed, could not be done while the tiles were wet and would have needed 24 hrs to dry, meaning we could not have used the shower for the rest of our stay. We were not happy with them having access to our room and belongings while we were out. We tried to find somewhere else to stay but there was nothing available that we could afford.The stay in this hotel tarnished our visit to Switzerland and we would not recommend it to others as it was unsafe.

Do not recommend

The worst thing was the sheets on one bed were disgustingly dirty. The headboard on the other bed was very dirty and the faux leather was worn out. The curtains were very dirty and have clearly not been cleaned for a very long time. The patio is large but there were no chairs to sit outside and there was grass growing in between the tiles. Again it is clear no one is taking care of this property. There is no air conditioning which made the stay even worse. The security in this building is not good. Although the front door required a login the back door was open all day until I closed it.

You get exactly what you pay for with this hotel rental. There are no frills. You need to read the welcome emails carefully and confirm before you come. When you get to the building make sure you use the touchpad in your native language. If you do that, all the instructions after that are simple, straightforward and very easy to follow. If you don’t do that, like I did and get the instructions in a different language, check-in becomes more difficult. Room is clean and simple. My only complaint about the facilities is that it’s probably time to do a little maintenance on the shower handle that doesn’t stay up as a shower and you have to use it as wand. Other than that it was fantastic.

Excellent location, literally 10 minutes walk from Parking6 of ZRH. Very clean. Would appreciate though if guests could receive an extra email with further instructions: - the building has several entrances, but only one has a Check-in machine - please give instructions where is THAT needed entrance. - please add more details how to use the receipt printed by a check-in machine - not only us, but other guests were confused too. So people trying to catch other people to get help. Would be great if you can cover this. - give instruction on where to find Wi-Fi password. It is printed on the back of the room door. But this is rather surprising, it's normally only fire emergency info. So a simple extra email could have fixed all these hesitations. Thank you!

Incomplete building entry instructions: "Enter the 5-digit code in the terminal at the entrance of building #24 to receive your access code and apartment number." (1) First you have to click on the link on their confirmation email, enter your data, and obtain a 5-digit Key Code. (2) At the building entrance, you enter your last name and Key Code on the a large touch-screen wall terminal, and obtain a 6-digit Access Code and your assigned Room Number. (3) The Access Code must be entered on a small black box quite sperate from the wall terminal to open the main door of the building. (4) The Access Code must also be entered on a small device outside your room to open the door (5) There is a plastic “entry key” in the room that is of no use.

Det fanns ingen elektricitet pÄ rummet nÀr vi kom fram. Vi fick el pÄ rummet först efter kl 21 nÀr det redan blivit mörkt ute. Det fanns ingen hotellparkering trots att det stod pÄ hotels.com att hotellet erbjuder gratis parkering. Hotellet var under ombyggnation, men dÄ ska det stÄ pÄ sidan sÄ att gÀsten har valmöjlighet. Vi fick efter en massa tjat till slut ok frÄn den anstÀllde att parkera pÄ baksidan av hotellet dÀr parkeringarna egentligen finns. Men han ville att vi skulle gÄ ut kl 06 och flytta bilen dÄ arbetarna kommer. Vi bara nej vi tÀnker inte stiga upp sÄ tidigt. DÄ ville han att vi istÀllet skulle lÀmna bilnyckeln pÄ bordet sÄ skulle nÄgon anstÀlld kunna smyga in i vÄrt rum pÄ morgonen medan vi sov och ta nyckeln och flytta bilen Ät oss. Vem lÄter en frÀmling smyga in i ens rum medan man ligger dÀr och sover?? Det fanns avföring kvar i toalettstolen. Inte ett hotell jag tÀnker ÄtervÀnda till under denna livstid.
